Prize voucher can be used towards any skin, body or laser treatment at Aesthetics 11 Skin and Body Clinic in Green Point, Cape Town to the value of R1000. Any additional charges will be for the prize winners own account.
Prize excludes all doctor’s treatments and the HealthyU Medical Weight Loss programme.
The winner shall allow the competition sponsors to make their identity as the winner public, and may have to provide a recent photograph for publicity purposes.
Voucher prize is to be used in Cape Town only and excludes any travel costs.
