Sponsor: Power Meter City LLC, California.
Entry period: August 22, 2026 through September 5, 2026, ending 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the lower 48 United States, 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of Power Meter City LLC, its affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. No purchase necessary; a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
How to enter: Submit the online entry form with your email address for one (1) entry. Earn additional entries through the optional bonus actions shown on the entry page, including referring friends who enter through your unique link.
Prize: One (1) SEKA Spear RDC Disc Brake Road Frameset (Size Large, Chronos), approximate retail value $2,999. Frameset only — no groupset, wheels, or drivetrain. One winner. No substitutions; prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
Winner selection & notification: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries after the entry period closes. The winner will be notified via the email address used to enter and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner will be drawn.
Shipping: Sponsor will cover shipping to the winner. The winner's shipping address must be within the lower 48 United States. Sponsor will not ship the prize outside the lower 48 states.
Marketing: By entering, you opt in to receive marketing emails from Power Meter City. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Conduct: Entries generated by script, bot, or automated means are void. Sponsor may disqualify anyone it believes has tampered with the entry process or violated these rules. By entering, you release Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc., YouTube, and Google LLC from any liability related to this giveaway; this giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any of them. By entering, you release Sponsor and its affiliates from all claims and liability arising from participation or use of the prize.
Governing law: These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.
