Keilor Road Niddrie Mothers Day Competition 2025 Competition Terms & Conditions

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry requires online entry.

  1. Eligibility: Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and suppliers, providers, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  2. Promotion Period: The promotion commences Monday, 30th April 2025, at 5:00pm (AEST) and closes Friday, 9th May 2025, at 12:00noon (AEST).
  3. Entry Requirements: To be eligible, entrants must enter online. The Promoter, Keilor Road Niddrie Traders Association, reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Promoter’s satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prizes. The Promoter’s decision to disqualify an entry is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late, or misdirected entries.
  4. Winner Notification: The five winners will be notified within 4 days after the draw. Winners will be notified of where they can collect their prize. Their names may be published via our social networks. If the prize notification is undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries.
  5. Prizes: There are five (5) prizes to be won, each consisting of one (1) x $100 Keilor Road Niddrie voucher that may be spent at a participating business.
  6. Total Prize Pool: The total prize pool is valued at up to $500. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  7. Prize Claim: When prize winners are contacted, they must reply stating their acceptance of the prize and store of preference where the voucher can be redeemed. This confirmation is required for us to finalise the prize and inform the winner of the specific collection point at participating Keilor Road Niddrie retailers. The Keilor Road Niddrie Traders Association reserves the right to make all decisions regarding prize distribution and collection, and these decisions are final.
  8. Prize Conditions: The prize is a voucher valued at $100, redeemable only at participating Keilor Road Niddrie businesses. The voucher cannot be split or used across multiple retailers.
  9. Promoter Details: The promoter is the Keilor Road Niddrie Traders Association, located on Keilor Road, Niddrie, between Ogilvie Street and the western boundary near Drummond Golf.
