By submitting an entry to the Owens Energy Pioneer Days Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements stated below.
The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Owens Energy, Inc. ("Sponsor"), 1460 E. Deuce of Clubs, Show Low, AZ 85901. Questions regarding the Sweepstakes may be directed to (928) 537-8900 or [email protected].
Sponsor is a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry:
(a) are legal residents of the State of Arizona;
(b) are 18 years of age or older;
(c) maintain a physical residence address (not solely a post office box or other mailing address) within one of the following eligible zip codes: 85901, 85902, 85912, 85923, 85924, 85928, 85929, 85933, 85934, 85935, 85937, 85939, 85940, or 85942; and
(d) are not prohibited under any federal, state, or local law from receiving, purchasing, owning, or possessing a firearm.
By entering, each entrant represents and warrants that he or she is not prohibited under federal, state, or local law from receiving or possessing a firearm. Any entrant who is or becomes so prohibited is ineligible and will forfeit any prize.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and of its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and any merchants involved with this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 PM Mountain Standard Time on July 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Standard Time on July 27, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Arizona does not observe daylight saving time; all times stated are Mountain Standard Time (MST).
Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Primary Entry. During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, visit [entry URL] and follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Entrants must provide all information requested, including the information necessary to confirm eligibility under Section 2. Limit one (1) Primary Entry per person.
Additional Entries. An entrant may earn additional entries by referring other individuals to the Sweepstakes using the referral instructions provided onscreen. A referred individual must be 18 years of age or older, must independently satisfy all eligibility requirements in Section 2, and must complete a valid Primary Entry through the referring entrant's unique referral link in order for the referring entrant to receive an additional entry.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that have been tampered with or altered, are void and will be disqualified. Entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including Sponsor's privacy policy.
Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2 will be notified onscreen and will not be entered into the drawing.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $724.99. ARV represents Sponsor's good-faith estimate of the retail value of the prize as of the start of the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The difference, if any, between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize at the time of award will not be awarded.
The prize is awarded as-is, with no warranty or representation of any kind, express or implied (see Section 12). The prize is not redeemable for cash and has no cash equivalent. The prize may not be substituted, assigned, or transferred by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, provided that any substitute prize will comply with all applicable firearms laws.
Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.
The prize is a firearm. The following requirements are mandatory and are conditions of the award. They cannot be waived by Sponsor.
(a) In-person claim at licensed premises. The winner must personally appear at Sponsor's licensed premises at 1460 E. Deuce of Clubs Show Low, Arizona to take possession of the prize. The prize will not be shipped, delivered, or transferred at any other location.
(b) ATF Form 4473 and background check. At the time of transfer, the winner must personally complete ATF Form 4473 and must undergo a background check through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). The winner must present valid government-issued photo identification bearing his or her current physical residence address, as required by federal law. A post office box is not an acceptable residence address for this purpose.
(c) Transfer only upon a NICS "Proceed" response. Sponsor will transfer the prize only upon receipt of an explicit "Proceed" response from NICS. If NICS returns a "Delayed" response, Sponsor will not transfer the prize on the basis of the expiration of any statutory waiting period. If the delay is not resolved with an explicit "Proceed" response within seven (7) days of the initial attempted transfer, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with Section 8.
(d) Denial or prohibition. If NICS returns a "Denied" response, or if the winner is otherwise determined to be prohibited from receiving or possessing a firearm under federal, state, or local law, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
(e) The winner must be the actual recipient. The prize will be transferred only to the individual selected as the winner. Sponsor will not transfer the prize to any other person, including a spouse, family member, friend, or agent of the winner, and will not transfer the prize to any person acting on behalf of another. Any attempt by a winner to acquire the prize on behalf of another person will result in immediate forfeiture and may constitute a violation of federal law.
(f) Deadline. The winner must appear at Sponsor's licensed premises and complete the transfer within thirty (30) days after Sponsor's receipt of the winner's signed Affidavit/Release and W-9 (see Sections 7 and 9). Failure to do so will result in forfeiture.
(g) Compliance. All aspects of the transfer will be conducted in strict compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws and regulations. Sponsor makes no representation regarding the lawfulness of the winner's subsequent possession, transport, or use of the prize in the winner's specific locality, which remains the winner's sole responsibility.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
(a) Drawing. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about July 28, 2026 by a representative of Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
(b) Notification. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable, misdirected, or unmonitored notifications, or for contact information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
(c) Response deadline. If a potential winner does not respond to Sponsor's notification within five (5) business days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
(d) Required documents. The potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return the following within seven (7) days of Sponsor's notification:
Failure to return any required document within the stated period will result in forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner.
(e) Forfeiture and alternate winners. In the event of forfeiture for any reason under these Official Rules — including failure to respond, failure to return required documents, failure to complete the transfer within the stated deadline, a NICS "Denied" or unresolved "Delayed" response, legal prohibition, or non-compliance with these Official Rules — the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not obligated to award the prize if no eligible winner can be identified after a reasonable number of attempts.
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from acceptance of the prize. Because the ARV of the prize exceeds $600.00, Sponsor will report the value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service on IRS Form 1099-MISC. Delivery of a completed and signed IRS Form W-9 is a condition of the award, and no transfer will be completed until Sponsor has received it. Failure to provide a completed W-9 will result in forfeiture.
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Sweepstakes and acceptance of the prize constitute the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, first initial or first name and last initial, city of residence, photograph, voice, statements, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.
Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes, to verify residency and eligibility, to fulfill the prize, and to satisfy applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations, in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy.
Marketing communications. Sponsor may use an entrant's email address to send marketing communications only where the entrant has been given a clear opportunity to opt out, consistent with applicable law. Sponsor will not send marketing text messages to any entrant unless that entrant has separately and affirmatively provided express written consent to receive them at the time of entry. Entry into the Sweepstakes, by itself, does not constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.
By participating, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, and agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, together with the employees, officers, directors, and agents of each, from and against any and all claims, damages, and liability arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
The winner assumes all risk and liability for any injury, death, loss, or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or by the possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, in the administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize.
Winner acknowledges that Sponsor and all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes, and their agents, do not make and are in no manner responsible for any warranty or representation, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the quality, condition, fitness, or merchantability of any aspect of the prize. Except as required by law or as provided by the original manufacturer, the prize is awarded "AS IS."
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Entry materials or data that have been tampered with or altered, and mass entries or entries generated by script, macro, or automated device, are void.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or incomplete entries; or (ii) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone, equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunction of any kind.
Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted or if fraud or other causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair its integrity, and in such event to select a winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.
LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH, OR VANDALIZE THIS WEBSITE, OR TO OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules where necessary to comply with applicable law or to correct an error. No other party has the right to alter these Official Rules.
This Sweepstakes is governed by and will be interpreted under the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes shall be brought and litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts sitting in Navajo County, Arizona, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social network used in connection with its promotion. By entering, you completely release Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability associated with this Sweepstakes.
