By submitting an entry to this Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Phoong Law Corp. (“Sponsor”), and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Although the Sweepstakes is open to eligible U.S. residents, the prize is for an event taking place in Sacramento, California. Entrants should enter only if they are able to attend the event in person at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento on Thursday, October 29, 2026. Transportation, lodging, parking, meals, and other expenses associated with attending the event are not included.
Employees of Phoong Law Corp., its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and any other entities directly involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter, follow the instructions on the Sweepstakes entry page and complete and submit the online entry form during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
Entrants may be offered opportunities to receive additional entries through methods identified on the Sweepstakes entry page, such as referring an eligible friend. Any additional entry must comply with the instructions provided on the entry page. Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, manipulated, or otherwise improper entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
The Sweepstakes begins when the entry page is made available and ends Monday, October 26, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
Sponsor’s computer or Sweepstakes platform will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to Disney On Ice at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, on Thursday, October 29, 2026.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to $200.
The prize consists solely of the tickets described above. Transportation, lodging, parking, meals, merchandise, and all other costs associated with attending the event are the responsibility of the winner and guest.
The winner and guest are responsible for complying with all venue policies and requirements.
Tickets have no cash redemption value and may not be substituted, assigned, transferred, or exchanged for cash by the winner, except at Sponsor’s discretion or as otherwise permitted by law.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value where permitted by law.
ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Following the close of the Sweepstakes, a potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The individual initially selected is a preliminary winner only and is not an official winner until Sponsor has verified eligibility, timely confirmation, ability to attend the event, and compliance with these Official Rules.
The preliminary winner will be notified using the email address provided with the entry and will have two (2) hours from the time the notification is sent to respond and confirm eligibility, acceptance of the prize, and ability to attend the event.
If the preliminary winner does not respond within the two-hour period, cannot be contacted, cannot attend the event, declines the prize, provides inaccurate or incomplete information, fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify that entry and randomly select another preliminary winner from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor may repeat this process as necessary until an eligible winner is confirmed or until Sponsor determines that there is insufficient time to reasonably award or deliver the prize.
A preliminary winner has no right to the prize merely because their entry was initially selected. A person becomes the official winner only after Sponsor confirms the award.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, verification, and administration of the Sweepstakes are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
PRIZE DELIVERY
Following confirmation, Sponsor will arrange delivery or electronic transfer of the tickets using the contact information provided by the winner.
The winner is responsible for providing accurate information necessary to receive the tickets and for having any account, application, or compatible device reasonably required by the applicable ticketing platform.
Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s inability to access or use tickets resulting from incorrect information supplied by the winner, failure to maintain access to the provided email account, failure to follow ticket-transfer instructions, or failure to comply with the ticket provider’s or venue’s requirements.
EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
The date, time, performers, venue, program, and other aspects of the event are controlled by third parties and are subject to change.
Sponsor does not control Disney On Ice, Golden 1 Center, the event organizer, ticketing provider, performers, or venue operations.
If the event is postponed, rescheduled, modified, or canceled for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor will have no obligation to provide transportation, lodging, reimbursement, cash compensation, or any other substitute compensation, except that Sponsor may provide a substitute prize at its discretion where permitted by law.
RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, inaccessible, or incorrectly submitted entries or communications, or for technical failures involving networks, servers, internet service providers, websites, applications, email systems, hardware, software, or Sweepstakes platforms that may interfere with entry, notification, or administration of the Sweepstakes.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
ENTRY INTEGRITY AND DISQUALIFICATION
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry may be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant reasonably believed to have attempted to manipulate the Sweepstakes, obtain entries through fraudulent or deceptive means, use bots, scripts, macros or other automated methods, submit false information, interfere with the Sweepstakes, or violate these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right, where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, to suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impair the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the termination.
Any deliberate attempt to damage a Sweepstakes website or interfere with the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate civil or criminal law, and Sponsor reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce and use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, and prize won in connection with announcing the Sweepstakes results and Sponsor’s promotional activities without additional compensation.
No entrant will be publicly identified as a winner until Sponsor has completed the verification process and confirmed that person as an official winner.
TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may apply to the prize.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising from the Sweepstakes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Sacramento County, California.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, communicate with entrants and potential winners, verify eligibility, deliver prizes, and for other purposes described in Phoong Law’s Privacy Policy.
Entry into the Sweepstakes does not, by itself, authorize uses of personal information beyond those disclosed on the entry form, in the applicable Privacy Policy, or otherwise permitted by law.
FRAUDULENT ACCOUNTS NOTICE
Phoong Law will never ask entrants to pay a fee, provide a credit card number, Social Security number, banking information, or other sensitive financial information in order to claim a Sweepstakes prize.
Official winner communications will come through Phoong Law’s authorized communications, including an official Phoong Law email address.
Entrants should be cautious of fraudulent or impersonator social media accounts claiming that they have won. Phoong Law is not responsible for losses resulting from information voluntarily provided to unaffiliated third parties or impersonator accounts.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER
If the Sweepstakes is advertised, promoted, or shared through Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, or another social media platform, the Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that the applicable social media platforms are not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or fulfillment of the prize.
EVENT AND TRADEMARK DISCLAIMER
Disney On Ice, Disney, Golden 1 Center, the event organizer, performers, ticketing providers, and their respective parents, affiliates, trademarks, and logos are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes and are not affiliated with Phoong Law’s administration of the Sweepstakes unless expressly stated otherwise.
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, event names, and logos referenced in connection with the prize are the property of their respective owners.
