Giveaway Rules

1. Privacy Policy

The Grandview Condos values your privacy. We will never sell or give away your email or contact information. We take all reasonable measures to protect your privacy while using our website. You can view our full Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to anyone who signs up for our email mailing list.
  • No purchase is necessary; purchases will not improve your chances of winning. If you unsubscribe from the mailing list before the completion of the competition your entries will be disqualified.
  • Entrants must be 21 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Residents of Quebec are excluded.
  • Employees, residents and owners of The Grandview Condos, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, and advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family or household members) are ineligible.
  • Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and void where prohibited.

3. Sponsorship

The contest is sponsored by The Grandview Condos, located in Georgetown, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands (“Sponsor”). The Sponsor administers this contest according to these rules.

4. Agreement to Rules

By entering, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor may disqualify entries or participants at any time for violations.

5. Entry Period

Contest begins May 1, 2026, and ends January 15, 2027. Only entries received during this period are eligible.

6. How to Enter

  • Enter by completing the online form at
  • Entries must meet all requirements. Incomplete or non-compliant entries will be disqualified.
  • Fraudulent entries or attempts to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification.

7. Prizes

  • One winner will receive a 5-night stay in a 2-bedroom condo for up to 4 guests, valid between August 1 – November 15, 2027. The unit is chosen by the sponsor and cannot be transferred. The unit must be booked before Jan 31st, 2027 to quailfy.
  • Prize does not include flights, transfers, meals, or beverages. Additional nights may be added at the winner’s expense.
  • Prize is non-transferable. No cash substitution.
  • The Sponsor may use the winner’s name, photo, and entry for promotional purposes.
  • Winner must provide valid ID (driver’s license or passport) and be at least 21 years old.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner is selected randomly under Sponsor supervision.
  • Winner will be notified by email and has 72 hours to claim the prize.
  • Failure to respond, ineligibility, or non-compliance may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

10. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you consent to receive emails and newsletters from the Sponsor. You may unsubscribe after the completion of the competition.

11. Sponsor Rights & Modifications

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if technical issues, fraud, or other causes compromise the contest. Any attempt to tamper with the contest may violate the law and result in disqualification.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release the Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability related to participation, prize acceptance, or use.

13. Disputes

Contest governed by Cayman Islands law. Any disputes resolved exclusively in courts in Grand Cayman. Participants waive punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, except actual out-of-pocket expenses.

To request the winner’s name or a copy of these rules, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:

The personal information collected from each entrant in the course of the Sweepstakes will be used by KingSumo for the purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise permitted in accordance with KingSumo’s Privacy Policy. Please see KingSumo’s Terms of Service for more information. KingSumo reserves the right to alter any rules of any sweepstakes at anytime.
