Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

By submitting an entry to this Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Seven Figure Agency (the “Sponsor”), and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, and the immediate family/household members of each are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Entries will be accepted from the time the Giveaway page goes live on KingSumo through 3:45 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on August 27, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

3. HOW TO ENTER

  1. Primary Entry: Visit the official Giveaway landing page hosted on KingSumo and submit the online entry form.

  3. Additional Entries (optional): Use the unique share link provided after entering; each friend (age 21 or older) who enters via your link earns you an additional entry. There is no cap on referral entries.

  5. Attendance Requirement: To be eligible to win, entrants must be present live on the Seven Figure Agency webinar that starts at 3:00 p.m. ET on August 27, 2025.

Online entrants are subject to all notices posted on the Giveaway page, including Sponsor’s privacy policy.

4. PRIZE

  • The Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) month of access to LaunchPad Coaching (hereafter referred to as “the prize”).

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): USD $850.

  • Access is limited to a single month. Continued participation beyond that promotional month requires enrolling at the program’s then-current rate (USD $850 per month at contest launch). Prize does not grant lifetime access to LaunchPad Coaching or related communities.

  • The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Transfer may be permitted only at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No substitutions except that Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected in a live random drawing at the end of the August 27 webinar (approximately 3:45 p.m. ET). Winner must be present live and must have entered via the KingSumo page to claim the prize.

  • The winner will be announced publicly during the webinar and in the Digital Marketing Agency Success Facebook group and notified by email within 24 hours.

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours of email notification. Failure to respond, failure to meet eligibility, or absence from the live drawing will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, likeness, and image for reasonable promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind; (ii) incorrect or inaccurate information; (iii) unauthorized human intervention; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, by entrant’s participation or prize receipt. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize.

9. GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflicts-of-law provisions. Any and all disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts sitting in Florida.

10. WINNER LIST

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Seven Figure Agency, 9555 SW 175 Terrace #519, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157. Requests must be received by October 31, 2025.

11. PRIVACY & SPONSOR

Personal information collected is for Sweepstakes administration and subject to Seven Figure Agency’s privacy policy.
