Firehook Giveaway Official Rules

1. Eligibility
The Firehook Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Firehook, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Firehook, 14701 Flint Lee Road, Chantilly, VA 20151, US.
3. How to Enter
To enter, visit https://firehook.com/pages/firehook-giveaway during the Sweepstakes Period and submit your email address as directed. Entrants may receive bonus entries by following Firehook on Instagram. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Standard internet access charges may apply.
4. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 9th, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET and ends on July 30th, 2026 at 11:45 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
5. Prize
Three (3) winners will receive:
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $140. Gift card subject to issuer’s terms and conditions.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will be conducted within [5] business days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The winners will be notified by email. If a potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
9. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Firehook, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize.
10. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry will be used in accordance with Firehook’s Privacy Policy available at https://firehook.com/policies/privacy-policy.
11. Winner List
For the name of the winners, send an email request to [email protected] within 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
