“Train with a Friend” Buddy Pass Giveaway

By submitting an entry to this giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of AM360 Fitness (“Sponsor”), and that you meet all eligibility requirements.
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents physically residing in the Bartlett, TN or Memphis, TN metropolitan area, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, or affiliates of AM360 Fitness and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or anyone living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited by law.
To enter, follow all on-screen instructions to complete and submit the official entry form (“Primary Entry”) via the KingSumo giveaway page. Additional entries can be earned by referring eligible friends (age 21+ residing in the Bartlett/Memphis area) through your unique referral link provided after your entry (“Additional Entry”).
All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM CDT on September 8, 2025. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $399.
Prize must be redeemed at AM360 Fitness in Bartlett, TN. If the winner is unable to redeem the prize in person or does not meet eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about September 10, 2025. The winner will be notified by email. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 7 days, or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless AM360 Fitness and all affiliated parties from any claim or liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issues, miscommunications, or other errors that may affect the entry process.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. All disputes arising out of or related to this giveaway will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.

These rules have been modified by the Creator of this giveaway "WIN a 1 Month Gym Buddy Pass + Personal Training Sessions!". Sumo Group, Inc. (d.b.a. "KingSumo") accepts no legal liability or responsibility for errors, falsities, or unfulfilled winnings due to the Creator.
