Open to participants 18 years of age or older. Participants must truthfully represent their age upon entry; any misrepresentation of age will result in immediate disqualification. This giveaway is open internationally, void where prohibited by law. Therefore, residents of Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, and Czech Republic are not eligible to enter or win. Employees of Geek Out of Water LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entries will be accepted beginning at 1:00 PM Eastern Time on April 5, 2026 and closing at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on April 12, 2026. Entries submitted outside this window will not be eligible.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Entries must be submitted via the KingSumo entry form during the entry period. Multiple entry methods may be available as specified in the entry form. If any entry method involves subscribing to an email list, participants outside the United States should be aware that their data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR. All email communications will comply with CAN-SPAM requirements.
Ten (10) winners will be selected. Prizes are as follows:
Two (2) Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) GOOW Pro-Longevity System and one (1) $15 Geek Out of Water gift card. Approximate retail value: $74 per prize.
Eight (8) winners will each receive one (1) GOOW Bakuchiol Face Cream, one (1) GOOW Body Butter, one (1) GOOW perfume, and one (1) $10 Geek Out of Water gift card. Approximate retail value: $51 per prize.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $500.
No cash substitution or prize transfer is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a specified prize becomes unavailable.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.
Winners will be selected at random via KingSumo from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The random drawing will take place after the close of the entry period.
Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their entry. Winners must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.
Winners are responsible for providing a valid shipping address upon notification. Sponsor will cover standard shipping costs for all winners, including international winners. Winners located outside the United States are solely responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges assessed by their country upon receipt of the prize. Geek Out of Water LLC is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, local, or international taxes, fees, or other obligations arising from receipt of a prize. Geek Out of Water LLC will not be responsible for any tax liability incurred by winners.
Personal information collected through this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and fulfilling prizes. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties. Participants located in the European Union or other jurisdictions with applicable privacy regulations acknowledge that their personal data will be processed in accordance with those regulations.
Geek Out of Water LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway at any time for any reason. By entering, participants agree to these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
This giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
