Giveaway Rules

  • Noble citizens! To celebrate our quest toward YouTube Partner status, I present the Crown Giveaway: {PRIZE} up for grabs between {START_DATE} and {END_DATE}. ENTER and by watching the videos — every minute of watch-time earns entries. Only honest entries accepted; cheaters will be vanquished.


  • IMPORTANT: This giveaway is conditional. If the channel does not reach the stated channel goal (4,000 watch-hours OR 500,000 total views) by {GOAL_DEADLINE}, no prizes will be awarded and all entries become void. By entering, you accept these rules in full.
  1. Official Giveaway Laws / Terms & ConditionsOrganizer
  • This giveaway is run by the channel LORD FALKULEUSRYZELIOS (the “Organizer”) on {PLATFORM} (Twitch/YouTube/other). Organizer reserves all rights.
  1. Eligibility
  • Open to persons aged 18+ (or the legal age in entrant’s jurisdiction) at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Organizer may require age verification prior to prize fulfillment.
  1. Entry Methods
  • Valid entry methods: using the chat command !Throne ENTER, meeting minimum watch-time thresholds tracked by our loyalty bot/analytics, and any additional methods explicitly listed in the giveaway post. Entries that do not follow the entry methods are invalid.
  1. Channel Goal Condition (Hard Requirement)
  • This giveaway is strictly conditional on the Organizer achieving at least ONE of the following channel targets by {GOAL_DEADLINE} (the “Channel Goal”):
  • 4,000 total YouTube watch hours, OR
  • 500,000 total cumulative views across the channel.
  • If the Channel Goal is NOT met by {GOAL_DEADLINE}, then:
  • No prize will be awarded under any circumstance.
  • All entries will be declared null and void.
  • No partial or substitute awards will be given.
  • By entering the giveaway, each entrant explicitly agrees and acknowledges that the Channel Goal condition is fundamental to the giveaway and that failure to meet the Channel Goal disqualifies all entries.
  1. Prize & Delivery
  • Prize: {PRIZE}. Prize details, model/version/amount to be specified by Organizer.
  • Prize delivery only occurs AFTER the Channel Goal is verified and the winner successfully completes verification checks.
  • Digital prizes will be delivered via DM/email within {DELIVERY_DAYS} days of winner verification. Physical prizes shipped within {SHIPPING_DAYS} days after verification.
  • Organizer is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, customs, or participant-provided incorrect addresses.
  1. Verification and Winner Selection
  • Winners are chosen at random from valid entries after the Channel Goal is confirmed.
  • Winner must respond within 72 hours of initial notification to claim prize. Failure to respond or to pass verification (identity, age, and anti-cheat checks) will forfeit the prize and result in selection of an alternate winner at Organizer’s discretion — but only if the Channel Goal has been met.
  • Organizer will use platform analytics and chat logs and may require the entrant to provide proof of account ownership.
  1. Anti-cheat, Disqualification & Nullification
  • Strictly prohibited: bot accounts, multi-account entry farming, view-farming, time-snipe abuse, automated scripts, fraudulent activity, or any attempt to manipulate the giveaway.
  • Any entrant found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be disqualified.
  • Organizer reserves the right to invalidate any entry or all entries (and to cancel prize fulfillment) if Organizer suspects cheating or fraudulent entry practices, or if the Channel Goal remains unmet.
  • If the Channel Goal is not met, Organizer may declare the whole giveaway void: in such case, no winners, no prizes, and no claims may be made.
  1. Acceptance of Terms
  • By entering via any allowed entry method, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, including the Channel Goal Condition and the Anti-cheat provisions.
  1. Taxes, Fees, and Costs
  • Any taxes, customs duties, or fees related to prize receipt are the winner’s responsibility. Organizer may provide a statement of value but is not responsible for tax consequences.
  1. Modification, Postponement, or Cancellation
  • Organizer reserves the right to modify, pause, postpone, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason. If the giveaway is canceled due to failure to meet the Channel Goal, the giveaway will be void and no prizes will be awarded.
  1. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organizer, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation or receipt/use of any prize.
  • Entrants agree to indemnify and hold Organizer harmless from any claims arising from entrant’s participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Organizer’s jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in {JURISDICTION} courts.
