1. SPONSOR & ORGANIZER

The "Spread the Drive – Win the Book!" Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is organized by:

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who:

  • Are at least 21 years old at the time of entry.
  • Are residents of Germany, the EU, the US, the UK, and other eligible regions (excluding voided countries).
  • Are not employees, contractors, or direct affiliates of the Sponsor or its partners.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law, including but not limited to Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, and the Czech Republic.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes runs from 06.02.2025 and ends on September 30, 2025, at 11:45 PM CET ("Sweepstakes Entry Period"). All entries must be received within this period.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must:

  1. Share the official book promotion post on their personal social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  2. Tag the official account of the Sponsor and use the official giveaway hashtag #SpreadTheDrive for tracking.
  3. Additional entries can be gained through KingSumo’s referral system, where a referred participant must complete an entry for the referring participant to gain an additional entry.

Important: Compliance with German Laws

  • This giveaway is not conditional on purchasing any product or service.
  • Participants do not need to sign up for a newsletter or provide any additional personal data beyond the required entry details.
  • The odds of winning depend solely on the number of eligible entries received and are not influenced by any financial contributions.

5. PRIZES & WINNER SELECTION

🎁 Prize Structure:

✅ The Top 45 Most Engaged Participants (based on verified shares, referrals, and impact) will receive a free copy of The Drive Method.

✅ The Top 15 Most Engaged Participants (based on verified shares, referrals, and impact) will receive a personally signed copy with a handwritten note from the author.

Winner Selection Process:

  • The top 45 participants will be determined based on an engagement review, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • The top 15 most engaged will be determined based on an engagement review, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • The final decision is made by the Sponsor and is binding.

🛑 No cash alternative, prize exchange, or transfer is permitted.

🛑 The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING PRIZES

  • Winners will be notified via email within 14 days of the Sweepstakes closing.
  • Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of receiving the notification.
  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days, their prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant.

In compliance with German and EU consumer protection laws, participants retain the right to withdraw from the giveaway at any time before prize allocation.

7. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Fair Play & Prohibited Activities:
  • Any attempt to manipulate entries (e.g., using bots, fake accounts, or spam tactics) will result in immediate disqualification.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent activity.
  • Liability & Technical Issues:
  • The Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, misdirected entries, or platform outages affecting participation.
  • By entering, participants release the Sponsor from any liability related to technical failures, prize acceptance, or participation.
  • Publicity & Use of Winner’s Name:
  • By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited by law).

8. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA PROTECTION (GDPR COMPLIANCE)

  • The Sponsor only collects necessary personal data for giveaway administration.
  • Personal data will not be sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
  • Participants can request data deletion at any time by contacting the Sponsor.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Participants can withdraw consent for participation at any time before the prize distribution without any negative consequences. Just send an email to roman@engaginglab.com

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

  • This giveaway is governed by the laws of Germany and the European Union (EU).
  • Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.

If you suspect concerns with this giveaway, please email support@kingsumo.com. Our Support team will review the giveaway and take action as necessary which may include removing the giveaway, banning the Creator, or other action as deemed necessary.
