OFFICIAL RULES – Find In Herts B&Q Voucher Giveaway

By submitting an entry to the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of KingSumo and Find In Herts (the “Sponsor”), and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.


📍 ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to all humans aged 21 or older at the time of entry. This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. Residents of Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, and the Czech Republic are not eligible to enter or win.

Employees of Find In Herts, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion agencies, distributors, merchants involved with this giveaway, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.


🔒 ELIGIBILITY NOTICE

This giveaway is exclusively open to registered end user accounts on Find In Herts.

  • The winning entry must be linked to a valid Find In Herts user account.
  • Entries not tied to a valid, active account will be disqualified.

✨ HOW TO ENTER

To enter, follow the onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online form (“Primary Entry”).

You can earn additional entries by:

  • Referring friends via your unique referral link (who must also enter)
  • Completing bonus social actions (e.g., sharing, liking)

All bonus actions will be strictly verified. If your social media profiles are private, you must provide screenshots showing proof of any shares, page likes or follows to validate your bonus entries.


🚨 ENTRY VERIFICATION & ANTI-GAMING RULES

To maintain fairness, all entries will be verified before and after the draw. The following rules apply:

  • Only one user account per household/IP address is allowed
  • Entries from users found to be creating multiple accounts, referring themselves, or using bots will be disqualified
  • Bonus entries must reflect genuine actions
  • If proof cannot be provided (e.g., share, like, or follow), entries will be removed
  • Suspicious accounts or activity will be investigated
  • Entries that appear to have gamed the system will be disqualified either during or after the draw
  • Find In Herts reserves final judgement on disqualifications

🎁 PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE

  • One prize: £50 B&Q Voucher
  • Total ARV: £50

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the winner cannot receive the prize, it will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.


🎲 ODDS OF WINNING

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

  • Entry Deadline: 31st July 2025
  • Draw & Winner Selection: On or about 7th August 2025

🏆 WINNER SELECTION

A winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible, verified entries. The winner will be contacted via email. Failure to respond or provide verification may result in disqualification.


📜 GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • The prize will be awarded as described
  • Any taxes or costs associated with prize acceptance are the winner’s responsibility
  • Participation grants Find In Herts the right to use winner’s name for promotional purposes
  • Limit one prize per household
  • Misuse or violation of these rules may lead to disqualification

⚠️ LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Find In Herts and KingSumo are not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or corrupted entries
  • Technical issues beyond their control
  • Damages arising from participation

By entering, participants agree to hold harmless Find In Herts and KingSumo from any related claims.


⚖️ DISPUTES

The competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be handled in a UK court.
