Entheos @ HQ Denver Ticket Giveaway

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • Employees of Auricular Impalement (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

  • Enter by signing up for the newsletter via the official contest entry form.
  • Limit: One primary entry per person/email address.

Bonus Entries

Entrants may earn additional entries by completing the following optional actions through the contest platform:

  • Like Auricular Impalement on Facebook
  • Subscribe to Auricular Impalement on YouTube
  • Follow Auricular Impalement on Instagram
  • Click the link to read the Auricular Impalement Blog
  • Refer a friend using your unique referral link.

3. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive two (2) General Admission tickets to Entheos live at HQ in Denver, CO on November 15, 2025.
  • Approximate retail value: $60.42.
  • Prize is non-transferable, with no cash alternative. Winner is responsible for transportation, lodging, and any expenses not expressly included.

4. Contest Period

  • Contest begins: August 22, 2025 3:45 pm MST
  • Contest ends: September 12, 2025 11:45 pm MST
  • Winner will be randomly selected within 48 hours of contest close and notified via the email provided during entry.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winner will be chosen at random using the contest platform (e.g., KingSumo).
  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, another winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions

  • By entering, participants agree to receive email updates and newsletters from Auricular Impalement. You may unsubscribe at any time.
  • Entrants grant permission for their first name and city to be announced publicly if selected as the winner.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity.

7. Social Media Disclaimer

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube.
  • By entering, you release Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube from any responsibility related to this contest.

8. Governing Law

  • Contest governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. All disputes will be handled in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
