The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Void outside these jurisdictions and where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and any companies directly involved in administering or promoting this Sweepstakes are not eligible. Their immediate family members, meaning spouses, parents, children, siblings, and those individuals’ spouses, and anyone living in their households are also ineligible.
The winner must be able to attend the Orlando Magic vs. Sacramento Kings game at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, currently scheduled for 7 p.m. Pacific Time. Travel and accommodations are not included. Entrants should enter only if they can arrange and pay for their own transportation and attend the game.
Eligibility is subject to verification before the prize is awarded.
The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time and ends Friday, November 6, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. noon Pacific Time (“Entry Period”).
Sponsor’s entry platform is the official timekeeping system. Entries received outside the Entry Period are not eligible.
During the Entry Period, visit the official Sweepstakes entry page linked from phoonglaw.com, complete the required entry fields, and submit the online entry form.
Limit one primary entry per person. Entries must contain accurate, complete information and a valid email address that the entrant controls and monitors.
No purchase, donation, consultation, retention of legal services, or agreement to receive marketing communications is required to enter or win.
After submitting a primary entry, an entrant may earn one additional entry for each new eligible person who completes a valid primary entry through the entrant’s unique referral link during the Entry Period.
Referral entries are credited only when the entry platform records the referred person’s completed, eligible entry. Sending or sharing a link alone does not earn an entry. There is no limit on valid referral entries.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fictitious identities, automated entries, paid entry services, and other attempts to manipulate the referral process are prohibited. A referred person may generate only one referral credit.
Referrals are optional. When sharing a referral link, clearly disclose the incentive, for example: “I get an extra giveaway entry if you enter through my link.” Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or post referral links in violation of applicable law or a platform’s rules.
One winner will receive one prize consisting of two admission tickets to the Orlando Magic vs. Sacramento Kings game at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, currently scheduled for 7 p.m. Pacific Time.
The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $1,400.
Seat locations will be selected by Sponsor. Sponsor may change seat locations before delivery, provided the replacement tickets have an equal or greater retail value. No particular section, row, seat, premium benefit, or amenity is promised unless expressly stated in these Official Rules.
The prize includes admission tickets only. Transportation, parking, lodging, food, beverages, and all other expenses are the winner’s responsibility. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes.
The prize may not be sold, assigned, transferred to another winner, or exchanged for cash. The second ticket is for the winner’s guest, subject to venue admission requirements.
Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award additional pairs of tickets to additional winners. Additional prizes are not guaranteed. Any additional winners will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries and will be subject to the same eligibility, notification, acceptance, and attendance requirements in these Official Rules. Awarding additional prizes will not reduce or replace the advertised prize. Sponsor will disclose the number and approximate retail value of any additional prizes on the entry page before conducting the additional drawings.
Sponsor or its designated administrator will conduct a random drawing on Friday, November 6, 2026, after 12:00 p.m. noon Pacific Time, from all eligible primary and referral entries received during the Entry Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes awarded.The selected entrant is a potential winner until eligibility is verified and all required acceptance steps are completed. Limit one prize per household.
The potential winner will be notified by email using the address provided with the entry. Initial notification is expected on November 6, 2026. Any alternate drawings and winner verification will be completed by November 9, 2026, at 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
The potential winner must respond within two hours after the notification email is sent, confirming eligibility, ability to attend, and acceptance of the prize. Entrants are responsible for monitoring their inbox and spam folders.
If requested, the potential winner must also provide reasonable eligibility verification, ticket delivery information, and any legally required tax documentation. Sponsor may require an eligibility declaration and a liability release permitted by law. The deadline for returning these documents will be stated in the request.
If a potential winner does not respond on time, is ineligible, declines the prize, cannot attend, fails to complete required verification, or cannot receive the tickets, Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to award the prize before the game. The prize may remain unawarded if no eligible winner can be verified in time despite those efforts. Sponsor will not require payment to claim the prize.
Tickets will be delivered electronically after verification and, in all cases, before the scheduled game. The winner must have a valid email address and any compatible account, mobile device, or application reasonably required by the ticket issuer.
The winner and guest must comply with the ticket issuer’s terms, venue policies, admission requirements, and applicable laws. Sponsor does not control the game schedule, participating players, venue operations, or admission decisions.
If the game is rescheduled, the tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event to the extent provided by the ticket issuer. If the game is canceled and the tickets become unusable before the event occurs, Sponsor will provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor is not responsible for the winner’s separately incurred travel or other expenses.
Entries submitted using bots, scripts, macros, multiple identities, or other prohibited methods are void. Sponsor may disqualify entries supported by reasonable evidence of fraud, tampering, or violation of these Official Rules.
If an entrant’s identity is disputed, Sponsor may require proof that the entrant is the authorized account holder of the submitted email address and otherwise meets the eligibility requirements.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or not received because of technical failures beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Proof of submission does not establish receipt.
The entry platform may require cookies or similar security technologies to operate. Disabling these features may prevent successful entry.
Information collected through the Sweepstakes will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact the winner, deliver the prize, and fulfill legal obligations, in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy linked on the entry page.
Any optional marketing consent will be requested separately and will not affect eligibility or the chances of winning.
After verification, Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name, last initial, and city and state on its website and social media accounts, where permitted by law. Any broader promotional use of the winner’s photograph, likeness, testimonial, or other personal content will require separate consent where required by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release Sponsor and the companies directly involved in administering this Sweepstakes, together with their respective officers, directors, and employees, from claims arising from participation or acceptance or use of the prize.
This release does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.
Sponsor makes no additional warranties concerning the tickets or event beyond those expressly stated in these Official Rules. Nothing in these Official Rules limits any nonwaivable consumer protection or other statutory rights.
If fraud, a security breach, a significant technical failure, a natural disaster, or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromises the integrity or lawful administration of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the affected portion to the extent reasonably necessary.
If feasible and lawful, Sponsor will award the prize through a random drawing from eligible, unaffected entries received before the interruption.
Material updates will be posted on the entry page. Sponsor will not change eligibility, entry methods, odds, or prize obligations merely for convenience or apply changes retroactively in a manner that unfairly disadvantages entrants.
These Official Rules are governed by California law, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from this Sweepstakes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California. Nothing in this provision restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or requires a venue prohibited by applicable law.
These Official Rules do not require binding arbitration.
