The Prize:
Prize is based on two adults sharing a standard double room, at the Beamish Hall Country House Hotel, Beamish, County Durham, for one night. Three-course dinner, bottle of house wine, chocolates and breakfast included for both guests. Travel and beverages not included. Valid for 6 months from the announcement of the winner, excluding the hotel’s special interest breaks, and Easter and subject to all elements of the prize being permissible under Government Covid-19 restrictions in force at the time of stay. Stay must be booked via reservations/reception on 01207 233 733.
Terms & Conditions:
The following apply to all entries of the competition. Entry to the prize draw shall constitute an entrants’ acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them. These terms and conditions take effect immediately upon entry to the prize draw. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then the entrant should not enter this prize draw.
This prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees and families of the promoter(s), Beamish Hall Country House Hotel or Wedding Fairs NorthEast and any third parties or anyone professionally associated with the promotion. Exhibitors at the event are welcome to Enter.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Prize draw entry is online with entries being collected at Wedding Fairs North East/prize draw, access to the internet is required.
To enter the prize draw entrants must submit their name, email address and/or phone number during the promotional period. No purchase necessary to attend the wedding fair taking place on 2nd February 2025 where the winner is announced.
Entries received outside of the promotional period or entries which are missing mandatory information and/or which contain incorrect information will not be accepted. The closing date is 2.45 on Sunday 2nd Feb 2025
Beamish Hall Country House Hotel and Wedding Fairs North East will not be liable for entries which are not received, or which are incomplete, inaccurate, corrupt or delayed for any reason.
Entries are limited to only one entry per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
The winner will be confirmed by choosing one winner using random selection software the more entries you have increase the chance of you being chosen.
The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners must accept and redeem the prize in accordance with the prize draw providers terms & conditions.
The prize must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative is available. The prize cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. The promoter of the prize draw reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value. All elements of the prize are subject to availability.
Losing entries will not receive any notification.
The winner must respond to Beamish Hall Country House Hotel within 28 days of the promoter’s first attempt to notify them that they have won in order to accept the prize.
In the event that a winner does not respond to accept the prize within 28 days of the promoter's first attempt to notify them that they have won, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will be entitled to draw a new winner from the remaining valid entries using the same process as detailed above.
The prize will be given at the Wedding Fair at Beamish Hall Country House and Hotel Sunday 2nd February 2025 and proof of identification must be shown. (Passport or Driving Licence ID).
When you enter a prize draw featured on the Wedding Fairs North East website and social media, the contract is with the third-party supplier and not with Wedding Fairs North East. Wedding Fairs North East may have to publish or make available on request the name and county of the prize winners. By entering this competition, you agree to have your name and location published online or in email.

Beamish Hall Country House Hotel and Wedding Fairs North East reserves the right to disqualify from this prize any entrant suspected of fraud or cheating including, without limitation, through manipulation of codes, multiple computer-generated entries, or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the promoter or supplier. The supplier reserves the right at its absolute discretion to cancel this prize draw as a whole or in part in the event of circumstances that make it necessary to do so.
Beamish Hall Country House Hotel or Wedding Fairs North East will not be liable for system failures, network errors, errors or unavailability on its website, hacks on the system or personal computer/mobile devices of any kind.
Beamish Hall Country House Hotel and Wedding Fairs North East may pass your personal information to third parties to enable them to process a request, to supply you with a prize in the event you win a prize draw; or to obtain professional advice. The third parties used by us will only use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
All entrants’ personal information will be deleted 1 month after the date at which the winner is selected. If you enter and win this prize draw, your personal information will be shared with the prize draw supplier for the sole purpose of administering the prize. The winner’s personal information will be held by the River Group Content Ltd until the prize fulfilment is completed, to ensure this is administered correctly.
All data received will be used strictly in accordance with GDPR data legislation and industry best practice.
