By submitting an entry to the “Honoring Dolly’s Legacy: The Smoky Mountain Serenade Giveaway” (“Giveaway”), each entrant acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Official Rules and meet all eligibility requirements.
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Lightnin’ Bug Designs (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to enter or win.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase the odds of winning.
The Giveaway begins September 16, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and ends September 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time.
All entries must be received during the Giveaway period. The Sponsor’s or KingSumo’s system clock will serve as the official timekeeper.
To receive one primary entry, follow the onscreen instructions and submit the KingSumo entry form with a valid email address and the required information.
Entrants may earn additional entries through the following optional actions:
• Visit the Lightnin’ Bug Designs Facebook Page: 5 additional entries
• Return to the Giveaway page each day during the Giveaway period: 1 additional entry per day
• Visit the Lightnin’ Bug Designs website: 3 additional entries
• Refer eligible friends through the entrant’s unique KingSumo referral link: additional entries will be awarded in the amount displayed on the Giveaway page. A referred friend must successfully enter through that link before the referral entries are awarded.
Bonus actions are optional and are not required to enter. Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win. Choosing or declining to receive marketing emails will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or odds of winning.
Two winners will each receive one finished original 11″ × 14″ landscape painting created by Michelle of Lightnin’ Bug Designs.
The first winner selected will receive:
• One original Smoky Mountain Serenade: Bear Country painting, with an approximate retail value of $45.
The second winner selected will receive:
• One original Smoky Mountain Serenade painting, with an approximate retail value of $45.
The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $90. Standard shipping to an eligible U.S. address is included.
Limit one prize per person and household.
Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No substitution is permitted except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM:
Two potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 24, 2026, by a representative of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final.
Potential winners will be contacted using both the email address and mobile telephone number provided at the time of entry. By entering the Sweepstakes and providing this contact information, entrants consent to receive email and SMS communications from the Sponsor solely for Sweepstakes administration and winner notification. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Each potential winner must respond to the Sponsor and provide their complete name and valid U.S. shipping address within three business days after the winner notification is sent. It is the entrant’s responsibility to monitor their email inbox, spam or junk folder, and SMS messages.
If a potential winner does not respond within three business days, cannot be contacted, fails to provide complete shipping information, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited. The Sponsor will then randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries. The same notification and response requirements will apply to any alternate potential winner.
The first confirmed winner will receive Smoky Mountain Serenade: Bear Country. The second confirmed winner will receive Smoky Mountain Serenade.
A potential winner is not considered an official winner until eligibility has been verified, the required shipping information has been received, and all requirements of these Official Rules have been satisfied.
Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize gives the Sponsor permission to announce the winner’s first name, last initial, hometown, and prize received for promotional and administrative purposes without additional compensation.
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final regarding all matters related to the Giveaway.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who attempts to tamper with the entry process, obtain entries fraudulently, disrupt the Giveaway, violate these Official Rules, or interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, or another event outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway and select winners from eligible entries received before the affected event, where permitted by law.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or unsuccessful entries; unavailable networks or servers; interrupted internet connections; technical failures; incorrect entry information; or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its owners, employees, representatives, and service providers from claims or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law.
Information submitted through the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and deliver prizes.
Entrants who voluntarily select the marketing-consent checkbox may also receive promotional emails from Lightnin’ Bug Designs. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in an email.
Entrants who do not provide marketing consent will not be added to the Sponsor’s marketing-email subscriber list solely because they entered the Giveaway.
Information will be handled according to the Lightnin’ Bug Designs Privacy Policy and applicable KingSumo terms and privacy policies.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta. By entering, participants release Facebook and Meta from responsibility relating to the administration of this Giveaway.
This is an independent tribute Giveaway presented by Lightnin’ Bug Designs. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Dolly Parton’s estate or any related person, organization, foundation, or business.
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Giveaway will be resolved in an appropriate state or federal court located in Tennessee, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
