SleepGift Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Giveaway Sponsor:
This giveaway is sponsored by SleepGift [https://sleepgift.ca]. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to legal residents of [Canada and the United States], aged 18 years or older. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of SleepGift are not eligible to participate.
3. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway begins on [Apr 14, 2025] and ends on [May 15, 2025] at [11:59 PM EST]. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter:

5. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a SleepGift EMF Protection Weighted Blanket (valued at $294 CAD). The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries within seven (7) days of the giveaway's closing date. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of selection. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, another winner may be chosen.
7. Publicity:
By entering this giveaway, participants agree that SleepGift may use the winner's name, city location or winner pictures receiving the product prize for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Personal Information:
Personal data collected from participants will only be used for administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, in accordance with SleepGift's privacy policy.
9. General Conditions:
SleepGift reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. SleepGift is not responsible for any technical issues, such as entry failures or internet outages, that may affect participation.
10. Limitation of Liability:
By participating in this giveaway, entrants release and hold harmless SleepGift and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or acceptance and use of the prize.
11. Governing Law:
