The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 21 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
To enter, follow the on-screen instructions on the KingSumo giveaway page to complete and submit your entry form (“Primary Entry”). You may earn Additional Entries by sharing your unique referral link. You will receive bonus entries for each friend who enters the giveaway using your link. All entries must be received by April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including but not limited to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about May 1, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email. The selected winner may be required to confirm prize acceptance and complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 7 days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the original prize becomes unavailable. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, officers, directors, agents, and employees from all claims and liability related to participation and acceptance of the prize. Prize may not be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash.
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures, entry errors, or unauthorized tampering. Any attempt to damage or interfere with the entry process or sweepstakes operation will result in disqualification and may be subject to legal action.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in California courts.
Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, as well as future communications related to Celebrate Little Joy's offerings, including The Celebration Collection subscription.

These rules have been modified by the Creator of this giveaway "Win a Mother's Day Garden Party Celebration Box!". Sumo Group, Inc. (d.b.a. "KingSumo") accepts no legal liability or responsibility for errors, falsities, or unfulfilled winnings due to the Creator.
