By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of EFX Sports ("Sponsor"), which are final and binding in all respects. You also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements stated herein.
1. Sponsor
EFX Sports, 2376 Main Street, Billings, Montana, 59105. The Professional Fighters League ("PFL") is a promotional partner only and is not the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes.
2. Eligibility
This Sweepstakes is open to individuals who, at the time of entry:
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of EFX Sports, the Professional Fighters League (PFL), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, prize suppliers, and members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or their respective spouses) or households of any of the foregoing are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes entry period begins on the date announced by Sponsor and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on July 1, 2026 (the "Entry Deadline"). Entries received after the Entry Deadline will not be accepted. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. How to Enter
Eligible entrants may participate in the Sweepstakes via qualifying purchases or through free alternative methods of entry as detailed below. For the purchase entry method, only transactions made directly through EFX Sports' official website (efxsports.com) qualify. Purchases made through third-party retailers, marketplaces (including Amazon), or any other channel do not qualify for purchase entries. Free entry methods are available to all eligible entrants regardless of purchase history.

Each qualifying purchase made through efxsports.com during the Entry Period automatically earns one (1) entry per transaction. The maximum number of entries that may be earned through purchases is ten (10) entries per entrant for the duration of the Sweepstakes, regardless of the number of transactions. Purchase entries are in addition to free entries and do not increase an individual entrant's odds of winning beyond the total entries accumulated.
All entries are subject to verification. Automated, robotic, scripted, or any other fraudulent or unauthorized entry methods are prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
6. Prizes
One (1) Grand Prize and four (4) Secondary Prizes will be awarded as follows:
Grand Prize (1 winner) — Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Estimated at $2,550–$3,350, depending on departure city and hotel rates. Prize trip dates: July 16–19, 2026:
Secondary Prizes:
Total ARV of all prizes: Approximately $4,650–$5,450, depending on departure city and hotel rates. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If any specified prize element is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received. All prize details not specified herein are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The cage photo opportunity and all event-related prize elements are subject to the rules, regulations, and access permissions of the PFL and the event venue. EFX Sports does not guarantee access to PFL athletes or any specific event programming. Prize elements may be altered, limited, or withdrawn by the PFL or venue at any time without liability to EFX Sports.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the Entry Deadline. The drawing will be conducted on or about July 3, 2026, by Sponsor or its designated representative. Selection is final and binding.
Potential winners will be notified via email at the address provided at the time of entry. Potential Grand Prize winner(s) will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release within seven (7) calendar days of notification. Failure to respond within that period, failure to comply with these Official Rules, return of prize notification as undeliverable, or ineligibility will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be awarded within thirty (30) days of winner verification.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may award prizes from eligible entries received before the cancellation.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; (b) any technical failures, including website malfunctions, server errors, interrupted or unavailable network connections; (c) unauthorized human intervention; or (d) any injury or damage to entrants’ or third parties’ computers relating to participation in this Sweepstakes.
Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Release of Liability & Indemnification
By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EFX Sports, the Professional Fighters League (PFL), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, members, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) participation in this Sweepstakes; (ii) the acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize; (iii) any violation of these Official Rules; or (iv) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind occurring in connection with the prize trip or any prize element, including travel, lodging, attendance at the PFL event, or the cage photo opportunity.
The PFL and its affiliates are included as Released Parties solely as a courtesy to a promotional partner and assume no responsibility whatsoever for the operation, administration, or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes. All claims against the PFL arising from or related to this Sweepstakes are expressly waived.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its designees’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements, and hometown and state for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation.
11. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. As a condition of entering, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred; and (c) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Montana, USA. Entrants waive any right to a jury trial.
12. Privacy & Winners List
Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. 13. Modifications
Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules at any time for any reason. Any material changes will be posted on the Sweepstakes webpage. Continued participation after any modification constitutes acceptance of the modified rules.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
