1. Agreement to these terms
By entering this giveaway (the "Promotion") you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions, agree to be bound by them and by the decisions of the Promoter, and that you meet all eligibility requirements. The Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. Consent to marketing
By entering, you consent to joining the email marketing lists of all five participating brands: Raised, Grassland Nutrition, Adepa Life, Mapleroo and Rumble Coffee. Each brand will contact you separately and each list carries a one-click unsubscribe. You may unsubscribe from any or all of them at any time. If you do not want to receive marketing from all five brands, please do not enter.
3. Promoter
The Promoter is Raised The Bar Pty Ltd, ABN 78 684 137 915, of Suite 1, 86 Mann Street, Gosford NSW 2250, Australia.
The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Meta, TikTok or KingSumo.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees, directors and contractors of Raised The Bar Pty Ltd, Grassland Nutrition, Adepa Life, Mapleroo and Rumble Coffee, and their immediate family members and anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable Australian federal, state and territory laws. Void where prohibited.
5. Entry period
Entries open at 9:00am AEST on 14 September 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
6. How to enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning.
To enter, complete and submit the online entry form following the instructions on screen. This is your primary entry.
Additional entries can be earned by completing the bonus actions listed on the entry page. The available actions and the number of entries each is worth are displayed on the page at the time of entry. Bonus actions are optional.
One primary entry per person. Entries submitted by automated means, scripts, macros, bots or multiple email addresses controlled by the same person are void, as are incomplete, illegible or tampered entries.
Where a dispute arises over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the account holder of the email address submitted.
7. The prize
There is one prize, awarded to one winner. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $1,673 AUD, made up of:

The prize is not transferable, not assignable and cannot be redeemed for cash in whole or in part. Where an item becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
8. Delivery
All prize items are held by the Promoter and will be shipped to the winner's nominated Australian address, with the following exceptions.
The first kilogram of Rumble Coffee ships with the initial prize pack. Months two to six of the Rumble Coffee subscription ship directly from Rumble Coffee.
Months two to six of the Raised subscription ship monthly from the Promoter.
Delivery is to Australian addresses only. The initial prize pack cannot be delivered to a PO box. Delivery timeframes vary and are not guaranteed.
9. Subscription components
The Rumble Coffee and Raised subscription elements run for six consecutive months from first dispatch. They are provided by the respective brands and are not redeemable for cash. If a participating brand ceases trading during that period, any remaining months are forfeited and no cash or replacement value will be provided.
10. Draw and notification
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 30 Kemp Street, Cumbalum NSW 2478. The draw date and time are set out on the entry page.
The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw and announced on the Promoter's Instagram account. The winner must respond to confirm acceptance and provide a delivery address within 14 days of notification.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will be conducted at the same location. The redraw date is set out on the entry page. The same notification and claim conditions apply to any redraw.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.
11. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Promoter and the participating brands using their first name, general location and the fact that they won for promotional purposes, without further compensation. Use of a photograph or likeness will only occur with the winner's separate consent.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected through this Promotion is collected by the Promoter and disclosed to Grassland Nutrition, Adepa Life, Mapleroo and Rumble Coffee for the purpose of administering the Promotion and for the marketing purposes described in clause 2. Information is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at https://raisednutrition.com/pages/privacy-policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.

The Promotion is hosted on the KingSumo platform, which processes entry data on the Promoter's behalf.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and the participating brands, and their respective officers, employees and agents, exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for any technical fault, network failure, transmission error or interruption affecting entry.
The participating brands give no warranty as to the quality or fitness of any prize item beyond the guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. General
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has breached these Terms or interfered with the operation of the Promotion.
If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to technical failure, tampering, or any cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion and, where practical, draw the winner from all valid entries received prior to that point.
Any attempt to deliberately damage the entry website or interfere with the operation of the Promotion may be a breach of civil and criminal law, and the Promoter reserves the right to pursue all available remedies.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
