OFFICIAL RULES — WV Mesh Net Sweepstakes
By submitting an entry to the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of WV Mesh Net & Holler 304 (“Sponsor”) and KingSumo, and that you meet all eligibility requirements.
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of West Virginia who are physically located in West Virginia at the time of entry, age 18 or older. Proof of residency may be required before a prize is awarded. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, merchants involved with this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. Sweepstakes is governed by United States and West Virginia law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
HOW TO ENTER
Follow all on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”). You may earn an additional entry by referring a friend, age 18 or older, using the referral link provided (“Additional Entry”). The friend must enter via your referral link for the additional entry to count. All entries must be received by 10/16/2025 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including Sponsor’s privacy policy.
PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)
One prize will be awarded: a Heltec MeshPocket 5000mAh Integrated Qi2 Power Bank (ARV: $89). Prize may not be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute one of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and any other expenses not specified.
ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10/16/2025 from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified by email and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within 7 days. Failure to respond, failure to provide proof of West Virginia residency, or failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, partners, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize. Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name, city/town, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Entries generated by a script, macro, or automated means, or that are in any way fraudulent, are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or cancel the Sweepstakes if technical failures, fraud, or other causes beyond its control affect the integrity of the promotion.
LEGAL
This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in West Virginia.
