By submitting an entry to the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of KingSumo, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
The Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all humans age 18 or older at the time of entry and who are legal residents of the United States. Employees of the Sponsor, its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, merchants involved with this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is governed by United States law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. However, additional entries can be earned by placing a bid in the auction, which increases the chance of winning.
To enter the Sweepstakes, follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”). Additional Entries can be earned by completing specific actions such as referring friends or placing a bid in the auction. Each action provides a stated number of bonus entries as described on the entry page. All entries must be received by 02/02/2025 at 5:20 PM EST (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including but not limited to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

The maximum ARV of all prizes will not exceed $150. If the winner does not select their prize or is unable to receive it, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Additional Entries increase the odds of winning but do not guarantee selection.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about 02/03/2025 by a representative from the Sponsor whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by email and/or mail and may be required to complete and return an email confirmation of prize acceptance or an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”) within 7 days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable except to a surviving spouse. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local sales and income taxes. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use the winner’s name, prize won, hometown, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Limit: one prize per household.
Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and release the Sponsor and affiliated companies from all claims and liability related to participation, acceptance, or use/misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical errors or technical malfunctions that may affect participation. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.
This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Entrants agree that disputes will be litigated in Texas courts.
The personal information collected from each entrant will be used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By participating, entrants consent to the Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information. The winner's name may be posted publicly as part of the winner announcement.
These rules have been modified by the Creator of this giveaway "Epic Auction Giveaway!". Sumo Group, Inc. (d.b.a. "KingSumo") accepts no legal liability or responsibility for errors, falsities, or unfulfilled winnings due to the Creator.
