By submitting an entry to the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
The Sweepstakes is open to residents of the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law.
Employees of Eartheasy (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
To enter the Sweepstakes, follow all on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”).
Participants may earn additional entries by completing optional actions (such as referrals), as outlined on the giveaway entry page.
All entries must be received by 11:59 pm (Pacific Time) on 05/05/2026 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 05/06/2026.
The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
If the winner is under the age of majority in their state of residence, the prize may be awarded to a parent or legal guardian on their behalf.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws.
Information collected will be used for the administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
These rules have been modified by the Creator of this giveaway "Raised Garden Bed & Trellis Giveaway". Sumo Group, Inc. (d.b.a. "KingSumo") accepts no legal liability or responsibility for errors, falsities, or unfulfilled winnings due to the Creator.
