The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who can physically visit one of Sponsor's four Massachusetts locations (Dedham, Hingham, Quincy, or Somerville) to claim the prize. Proof of age and residency will be required upon prize claim.
Employees, independent contractors, agents, and representatives of Thai Wellness Massage, LLC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is governed by United States law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

The Sweepstakes begins on December 2, 2025 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on December 16, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
Primary Entry Method: To enter the Sweepstakes, visit https://kingsumo.com/g/1xq8dym/help-us-grow-win-free-massages and follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Provide all required information including your name, email address, phone number, and confirmation that you can physically visit a Massachusetts location to claim the prize.
Alternative Free Entry Method (No Purchase/No Internet Required): To enter without making a purchase or visiting the website, hand-print your name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address (if available), date of birth, and the statement "I can physically visit a Thai Wellness Massage location in Massachusetts to claim a prize" on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with proper postage to: Thai Wellness Massage Gift Card Sweepstakes, 277 Newport Ave, Quincy MA 02176. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 6, 2025, and received by December 13, 2025.
Entry Limits: Limit one (1) Primary Entry per person/email address regardless of entry method. Additional entries may be earned through valid referrals as described above. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Use of any automated system, bot, or multiple identities to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on December 16, 2025.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including Sponsor's privacy policy available at [PRIVACY POLICY URL].
Prize: One (1) gift card for services at any Thai Wellness Massage location. Gift card valued at $160.00 for massage services. Gift card must be redeemed at one of the Sponsor's four Massachusetts locations: Dedham, Hingham, Quincy, or Somerville.
Total ARV of all prizes: $1,280
Winner must physically visit a Thai Wellness Massage location in Massachusetts to claim the prize. If winner is unable or unwilling to claim the prize at a physical location within the timeframe specified, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules from among the remaining eligible entries. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor. No cash alternative or prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
Winner Selection: Four (4) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted on or about December 18, 2025, by a representative from the Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within approximately 3 business days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (collectively, "Affidavit/Release") and a Photo Consent Form within seven (7) days of notification attempt. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if the Affidavit/Release or Photo Consent Form is not returned within the specified time period, or if the notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
If a potential winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of the winner's parent or legal guardian, who will be required to execute the Affidavit/Release on the minor's behalf.
Prize Claim: Winner must physically appear at a Thai Wellness Massage location (Dedham, Hingham, Quincy, or Somerville, MA) within 10 days of winner notification to claim the prize and complete the Photo Consent Form. Valid government-issued photo identification and proof of residency will be required. Failure to claim the prize within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture.

By accepting the prize, winner irrevocably grants to Thai Wellness Massage, LLC and its designees the right to photograph, film, and record winner's name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information, and to use, publish, and distribute such materials in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), Sponsor's website, and other promotional materials, in perpetuity throughout the world, for advertising, trade, promotional, and any other lawful purposes, without further compensation, notification, permission, or approval, except where prohibited by law.
Winner must sign a separate Photo Consent and Release Form at the time of prize claim and must be available for a photograph to be taken at a Thai Wellness Massage location. Refusal to sign the Photo Consent Form or to have a photograph taken will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.
Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize not specified herein as included. Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize if required by law.
Limitation: Limit one (1) prize per person/household. Only one winner per household is permitted.
No Substitution: No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Reservation of Rights: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Data Integrity: Entry materials or data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries, or entries generated by a script, macro, bot, commercial contest subscription service, or use of automated devices are void. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods will result in disqualification.

(a) PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES;
(b) ANY TECHNICAL ISSUES OR FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MALFUNCTION OF ANY COMPUTER, CABLE, NETWORK, HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, OR WEBSITE;
(c) THE UNAVAILABILITY OR INACCESSIBILITY OF ANY WEBSITE OR SERVICE;
(d) ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION, WHETHER CAUSED BY WEBSITE USERS, TAMPERING, HACKING, OR BY ANY EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR UTILIZED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES;

Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; (iii) any technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iv) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.
Winner acknowledges that the Released Parties do not make, and are not in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representation, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness, or merchantability of any aspect of the prize.

EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THAI WELLNESS MASSAGE, LLC AND THE OTHER RELEASED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, JUDGMENTS, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COURT COSTS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
(a) THE ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES;
(b) THE ENTRANT'S VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION;
(c) THE ENTRANT'S VIOLATION OF ANY RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR
(d) THE ENTRANT'S MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE.
THIS INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION WILL APPLY TO CLAIMS MADE DURING AND AFTER THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Disputes: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, USA. Entrants consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
