Giveaway Rules

Thomas Rhett Giveaway Official Rules

By entering the Thomas Rhett Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”), you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Phoong Law Corp. (the “Sponsor”).

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and any agencies involved in administering the Sweepstakes, together with their immediate family members and people living in their households, are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

How to enter

During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, complete and submit the online entry form for one primary entry. You may receive one additional entry for each eligible friend, age 21 or older, who enters through your referral link by following the instructions on the Sweepstakes page. A referral alone does not earn an additional entry.

All entries and qualifying referrals must be received by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Entries submitted after that time will not be eligible.

Prize and approximate retail value

One winner will receive two tickets to Thomas Rhett: The Soundtrack to Life Tour, with ERNEST and Emily Ann Roberts, at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 7:30 p.m.

The approximate retail value of the ticket pair is $250. This is an estimate; the actual value may vary based on the seats and tickets provided. Seating and ticket delivery are determined by the tickets provided. Transportation, parking, accommodations, food, and other expenses are not included.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred without the Sponsor’s consent. If the advertised tickets become unavailable, the Sponsor may provide a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

Odds and winner selection

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. On or about September 30, 2026, after 12:00 p.m. PDT, the Sponsor will select one potential winner at random from all eligible entries. The Sponsor’s decisions concerning eligibility, entries, and the drawing are final.

Notification and prize acceptance

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information supplied with their entry. The notification will explain how to confirm acceptance. The potential winner must respond within two hours after the Sponsor sends the notification. The Sponsor may also require proof of eligibility and a signed liability or publicity release, where permitted by law.

If the potential winner does not respond within two hours, cannot be reached, is ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot receive the tickets in time for the event, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Tickets will be delivered after the winner’s eligibility and acceptance are confirmed. The winner is responsible for complying with the venue’s admission and ticketing requirements and for any applicable taxes.

Publicity and privacy

Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize grants the Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, hometown, likeness, and prize information to announce and promote the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

The Sponsor will use information collected from entrants to administer the Sweepstakes and as described in the Phoong Law privacy policy. Promotional communications, if any, are subject to the choices presented on the entry form and applicable law.

General conditions

Automated, fraudulent, altered, or otherwise ineligible entries are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, or not received because of technical failures, network problems, or incorrect contact information supplied by an entrant.

The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. If fraud, technical failure, or another event beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control prevents the Sweepstakes from operating fairly, the Sponsor may suspend or cancel it and, where feasible, select a winner from eligible entries received before the disruption, subject to applicable law.

By entering, participants release the Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute concerning the Sweepstakes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Sacramento County, California, to the extent permitted by law.

Winner information

To request the winner’s name after the drawing, contact Phoong Law through the contact information published on its website. Requests must be received within 30 days after the Sweepstakes ends. Information will be provided subject to applicable privacy law.
