ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 or older in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and co-hosts of the Sponsor and Saggio Management Group, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
ENTRY PERIOD: Each weekly giveaway begins on the start date shown on the giveaway page and ends Thursday at 11:45 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period").
HOW TO ENTER: Complete and submit the online entry form on the giveaway page with your name and a valid email address ("Primary Entry"). Limit one Primary Entry per person and per email address each week. You can earn Additional Entries by sharing your personal referral link. You earn an Additional Entry each time a friend who is eligible under these rules enters through your link. Additional Entries increase your chances of winning but do NOT count toward the prize amount.
PRIZE: One (1) winner each week receives one (1) Amazon.com eGift Card delivered by email. The prize amount is set by the number of Unique Eligible Entrants (defined below) during that week's Entry Period. The prize starts at $25, increases by $5 for each complete group of 50 Unique Eligible Entrants, and cannot exceed $150. Examples: 49 entrants = $25; 50 entrants = $30; 275 entrants = $50; 1,250 or more entrants = $150. A "Unique Eligible Entrant" is one eligible person with one verified email address who submitted a valid Primary Entry. Additional Entries, duplicate entries, and entries voided under these rules are not counted. The Sponsor determines the final count after the Entry Period ends, and its count is final. The Sponsor will announce the final prize amount when it announces the winner. Maximum approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize each week is $150. Amazon gift cards are subject to Amazon's terms and conditions. Amazon is not a sponsor of this giveaway.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries (Primary and Additional) received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be held on or about the Friday after the Entry Period ends, during the Becoming Financially Confident live show. The winner will be notified by email and must reply within 7 days to confirm eligibility and accept the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. The prize will be delivered within 14 days after confirmation.
LIMIT: One prize per household in any 90-day period. A person who wins may not win again, and is not eligible for the drawing, until 90 days after the date of their win.
TAXES: The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize. A winner who receives prizes totaling $600 or more from the Sponsor in a calendar year must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before receiving the prize that brings their total to $600 or more, and will receive IRS Form 1099-MISC.
ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
DISQUALIFICATION: Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, entries using temporary or disposable email addresses, and multiple entries by one person using several email addresses are void. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant or referral it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process or broken these rules. Voided entries are removed before the prize amount is calculated.
PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, the winner's first name, last initial, and state may be announced on air and online.
GENERAL: No cash alternative and no substitution, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for technical malfunctions. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity. In that case, the winner will be selected from eligible entries received before the action was taken. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions, and release the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize.
GOVERNING LAW: These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is used to administer the giveaway. Entrants who check the optional marketing consent box may also receive email from Becoming Financially Confident, and they can unsubscribe at any time. Information is also subject to KingSumo's Privacy Policy.
WINNER'S NAME: For the name of a weekly winner, email the Sponsor through becomingfinanciallyconfident.com within 60 days after the drawing.
These rules have been modified by the Creator of this giveaway "BFC Weekly Growing Gift Card Giveaway". Sumo Group, Inc. (d.b.a. "KingSumo") accepts no legal liability or responsibility for errors, falsities, or unfulfilled winnings due to the Creator.
