1. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of London Seed Centre, Double Seeds, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. Agreement to Rules:
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to abide by London Seed Centre's Official Rules and decisions. London Seed Centre reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner.
6. Prizes:
The winner(s) will receive the prize from the current prize pool. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by London Seed Centre. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at London Seed Centre’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner(s) will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of London Seed Centre. Winner(s) will be notified via email within five (5) days following the winner's selection. London Seed Centre shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
8. Rights Granted by You:
By entering this contest, you understand and agree that London Seed Centre, anyone acting on behalf of London Seed Centre, and London Seed Centre’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
9. Terms & Conditions:
London Seed Centre reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond London Seed Centre’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.

11. Limitation of Liability:
London Seed Centre is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway.
12. Disputes:
The personal information collected from each entrant in the course of the Sweepstakes will be used by KingSumo for the purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise permitted in accordance with KingSumo’s Privacy Policy.
