Sweepstakes Official Rules:
• No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes.
• Prizes: The prizes for this sweepstakes have been provided by Lenovo and STM Goods. Two separate prizes will be awarded to two separate winners. One randomly selected winner will receive a Lenovo Legion Go S with 32GB of LPDDR5X memory and a 1TB SSD, with an approximate retail value of $899.99. A second randomly selected winner will receive an STM Goods Dux 30L Backpack in Black, with an approximate retail value of $199.99. Each winner will receive one prize only.
• Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This sweepstakes is open only to individuals with a valid mailing address within the continental United States. Entries with mailing addresses outside of the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, are not eligible. If a selected winner is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.
• Entry Period: The sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Daylight Time on February 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Daylight Time on February 24, 2026.
• Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes entry period.
• Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by email from judie at geardiary.com within a few days after the sweepstakes has ended. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that this email address is able to receive messages, including checking spam or junk folders.
• Winner Response Requirements: Selected winners must respond to the notification email within fourteen (14) days of the date the email is sent. The exact response deadline will be specified in the notification email. If a selected winner does not respond by the stated deadline, that winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. Gear Diary is not responsible for failed, missed, or delayed email delivery and will not attempt to contact winners more than once.
• Winner List: The names of all confirmed winners will be posted on Gear Diary and will remain posted for no fewer than two months after the sweepstakes has closed.
• Taxes and Expenses: Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of their prize, as well as any other costs or expenses not specifically stated as being included.
• Marketing Communications: By entering this sweepstakes, entrants agree to receive promotional and marketing communications from Gear Diary. Entrants may unsubscribe from such communications at any time, and unsubscribing will not affect prize eligibility.
• Fair Play and Disqualification: Gear Diary reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or revoke any prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the entrant has attempted to enter using bots, scripts, automated systems, multiple email addresses, multiple identities, or any other fraudulent, deceptive, or unfair means. Any entries generated by automated or robotic means are void.
• General Conditions: By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Gear Diary, LLC, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
