Giveaway Rules

  1. The decision on the winners is final.
  2. If we can’t contact a winner, we will redraw:
  3. We will attempt contact at least 2 times over a 7‑day period using the details provided.
  4. If there is no response within 7 days from first contact, the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
  5. The prize must be used (recording date completed) within 12 months of the announcement of the winners. After 12 months, any unused prize and deposit expire.
  6. By entering, you agree to receive marketing communication from us. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  7. The prize cannot be traded for cash or other studio services and cannot be transferred to another person.
  8. To accept your prize, you must:
  9. Book a call with us (via a link that you'll be sent) within 14 days of us notifying you; and
  10. Pay a 25% deposit (calculated on the discounted prize rate) during that call.
  11. If you are not ready to go ahead within the next 12 months, or you cannot pay the deposit within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and redrawn.
  12. The 25% deposit is non‑refundable, but is fully credited toward your final project fee for one full‑production single at Island Recording Studios (recording, editing, mixing, mastering) at the agreed discounted rate.
  13. Sessions are subject to studio and engineer availability. With at least 7 days’ notice before your booked session, we can reschedule your date within the 12‑month window without you losing your deposit. Changes with less than 7 days’ notice may result in forfeiting the session date and/or deposit at our discretion.
