This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, and Mexico who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of C-Aire Compressors, Spicer Designs, KingSumo, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Grand Prize and Second Place Prizes have different eligibility requirements - please see the "Prizes" section below.
The giveaway begins on October 8, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. CDT and ends on November 24, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. CDT. All entries must be received by the end date to be eligible.
Participants may enter through the KingSumo platform by completing the required entry actions. Additional bonus entries may be earned through social sharing and other promotional activities as specified on the entry page.
Grand Prize (1 winner): One C-Aire Compressors 1.6 HP 20 Gallon Portable Compressor with free shipping to any address within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Approximate retail value: $550-$850.
Second Place Prize (1 winner): C-Aire Compressors and Spicer Designs swag pack, shipped anywhere in North America (United States, Canada, and Mexico). Approximate retail value: $250.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted by the winner. C-Aire Compressors and Spicer Designs reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winners will be selected randomly via the KingSumo platform within 7 days of the giveaway closing date. Winners will be notified via email at the address provided during entry and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.
The grand prize winner must provide a valid shipping address within the contiguous United States. The second-place winner must provide a valid shipping address within North America.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of C-Aire Compressors and Spicer Designs, which are final and binding. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
C-Aire Compressors and Spicer Designs are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical or other errors of any kind. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
By accepting a prize, winners grant C-Aire Compressors and Spicer Designs permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
All personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and C-Aire Compressors' email campaigns and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.
C-Aire Compressors and Spicer Designs are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss related to participation in this giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.
