1. Winning contestants must be at least 18 years old unless parental consent is received by PFTC.
2. The competition will run from 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 with monthly prize draws at the end of each month.
3. PFTC reserves the right to disqualify any contestant who violate or abuses the competition or break the competition Terms & Conditions.
4. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited if not claimed after 30 days, and at the discretion of PFTC, awarded to another contestant.
5. Contestants can earn additional entries to stand a better chance of winning a prize by partaking in the various additional actions such as visiting the PFTC website, like the PFTC Facebook Page or share the competition with their friends via email.
6. Winners may not compete again for the same competition and are not eligible to win the same prize more than once.
7. Prizes are not redeemable for cash nor exchangeable for any other product or service.
8. Results are final and non-negotiable.
9. Employees of the South African Professional Firearm Trainers Council may not participate.
10. Prize is worth R3 900 per package, not $3 900 as depicted in some advertising material.
11. The Firearm Competence Training will be conducted by a PFTC Accredited Training Provider.
12. All additional costs such as transport, accommodation if applicable etc, will be for the winner’s own account.
13. Winners have 90 days to arrange and attend the Firearm Competence Training, thereafter at the discretion of PFTC, might forfeit their training prize.
14. Training will be conducted by a PFTC Accredited Training Provider and is subject to the availability of course dates.
