By submitting an entry to the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. You also acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are age 21 or older at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Physical prizes will be shipped to U.S. addresses only. No international shipping will be provided.
To enter the Sweepstakes, follow all on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”).
Participants may earn additional entries by completing optional actions as described on the Sweepstakes entry page (“Additional Entries”), including sharing the Sweepstakes with friends. Referred friends must enter through the referral link in order for the referrer to receive an additional entry.
All entries must be received by January 2, 2026 at 9:00 PM Pacific Time (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including but not limited to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Total approximate retail value of the prize is approximately $200 USD.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable and may not be redeemed for cash. If a winner is unable to accept or receive the prize for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
Premium service prizes have no cash value. In the event the Sponsor discontinues or materially changes the premium service, the Sponsor’s obligation shall be limited to providing the service for as long as it remains commercially available.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about January 3, 2026 by a representative of the Sponsor.
The potential winner will be notified by email and may be required to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond, inability to contact the potential winner, or non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prizes will be awarded within approximately thirty (30) days after winner verification.
Limit one prize per household.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, or for technical errors of any kind. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it determines to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted or otherwise unable to be conducted as planned.
This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The winner’s first name and state may be made available upon request after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
