Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 or over. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, or family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

No purchase necessary. To enter, complete the online entry form during the entry period. Bonus entries may be earned by sharing the giveaway link and encouraging others to enter.

Entry Period

The giveaway opens on 10 October 2025 at 10:00am UK time and closes on 31 October 2025 at 4:00pm UK time. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

Prizes

Two winners will be selected:

  • Grand Prize: The person with the most entries will receive The Booster Way Ultimate Transformation Toolkit (valued at £432.00). This includes the full Booster Way for Families digital course and the complete Transformation Toolkit - designed to build emotional resilience, self-compassion, and confidence across generations.
  • Runner-Up Prize: One lucky entrant will be drawn at random to receive the Boost or Crush Card Game - a playful memory card game that helps kids and parents spot kind vs. mean thoughts, building emotional strength through fun and connection.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

Winner Selection & Notification

Two winners will be selected:

  • One winner chosen at random from all eligible entries.
  • One winner selected based on the highest number of entries received during the giveaway period.

Winners will be announced within 7 days of the draw via:

  • Email
  • Social Media
  • The Booster Way® Community Hub

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped free of charge within the UK. Winners located outside the UK are welcome to enter but will be required to cover international postage costs to receive their prize.

Data Protection

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Liability

By entering, participants release the Promoter from any liability for loss, damage, or injury caused by participation in the giveaway or acceptance of any prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway where necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
