The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Void outside these jurisdictions and where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, and companies directly involved in administering or promoting this Sweepstakes are ineligible. Their immediate family members, including spouses, parents, children, siblings, and those individuals’ spouses, and anyone living in their households are also ineligible.
The winner must be able to attend the Three Days Grace concert at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, currently scheduled for 7 p.m. Pacific Time.
Travel and accommodations are not included. Enter only if you can arrange and pay for your transportation and attend the concert. Living within driving distance is recommended but is not a separate residency requirement.
Eligibility is subject to verification.
The Sweepstakes begins Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. noon Pacific Time and ends Friday, November 13, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. noon Pacific Time (“Entry Period”).
Sponsor’s entry platform is the official timekeeping system. Entries received outside the Entry Period are ineligible.
During the Entry Period, visit the official Sweepstakes entry page linked from phoonglaw.com, complete all required fields, and submit the online entry form.
Limit one primary entry per person. Provide accurate information and a valid email address that you control and monitor.
No purchase, donation, consultation, retention of legal services, or agreement to receive marketing communications is required to enter or win.
After submitting a primary entry, you may earn one additional entry for each new eligible person who completes a valid primary entry through your unique referral link during the Entry Period.
Referral entries are credited only when the entry platform records the referred person’s completed, eligible entry. Sharing a link alone does not earn an entry. There is no limit on valid referral entries. Each referred person may generate only one referral credit.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fictitious identities, automated entries, paid entry services, and other attempts to manipulate the process are prohibited.
Referrals are optional. When sharing your link, clearly disclose the incentive, for example: “I get an extra giveaway entry if you enter through my link.” Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or share links in violation of applicable law or platform rules.
One winner will receive two admission tickets to the Three Days Grace concert at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, currently scheduled for 7 p.m. Pacific Time.
The estimated total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the two-ticket prize is $1,300. Actual value depends on the tickets provided and applicable pricing at the time of award. No payment will be made for any difference between estimated and actual value.
Tickets may be in Sponsor’s suite or box, or in another seating area selected by Sponsor. Access to the Phoong Law box, a particular seating section, premium amenities, parking, catering, food, beverages, backstage access, or artist interaction is not guaranteed.
Sponsor may change seat assignments or substitute other tickets to the same concert at its discretion, provided the replacement tickets are of reasonably comparable or greater value. Sponsor will disclose the final seating arrangements to the potential winner before acceptance.
The prize includes admission tickets only. Transportation, parking, lodging, food, beverages, and other expenses are the winner’s responsibility. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes.
The winner must attend with their selected guest. The guest must satisfy applicable venue requirements. Tickets may not be resold, assigned to another winner, or exchanged for cash. No substitution is available at the winner’s request.
If the advertised tickets become unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award additional pairs of tickets to additional winners. Additional prizes are not guaranteed and will not reduce or replace the advertised prize.
Any additional winners will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries and will be subject to the same eligibility, notification, acceptance, and attendance requirements.
Sponsor will disclose the number, description, and approximate retail value of additional prizes on the entry page before conducting additional drawings. Limit one prize per person and household.
Sponsor or its designated administrator will conduct the initial random drawing on Friday, November 13, 2026, after 12:00 p.m. noon Pacific Time, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes awarded.
Selection does not establish a right to a prize until eligibility is verified and required acceptance steps are completed.
The potential winner will be notified at the email address provided with the entry. Initial notification is expected on November 13, 2026.
The potential winner must respond within two hours after the notification email is sent, confirming eligibility, ability to attend, and acceptance of the prize. Entrants are responsible for monitoring their inbox and spam folders.
Sponsor may request reasonable eligibility verification, ticket delivery information, legally required tax documentation, and an eligibility declaration or liability release permitted by law. Any deadline for returning documents will be stated in the request.
If a potential winner does not respond on time, is ineligible, declines the prize, cannot attend, fails to complete required verification, or cannot receive the tickets, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Additional drawings, alternate selections, and verification will be completed by Monday, November 16, 2026, at 5 p.m. Pacific Time. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to award all announced prizes. A prize may remain unawarded if no eligible recipient can be verified before that deadline despite those efforts, to the extent permitted by law.
Sponsor will never require payment to claim a prize.
Tickets will be delivered electronically after verification and before the concert. The winner must have a valid email address and any account, compatible mobile device, or application required by the ticket issuer.
The winner and guest must comply with ticket terms, venue policies, security procedures, admission requirements, and applicable law. Failure to comply may result in denied admission or removal, without compensation from Sponsor.
Concert schedules, performers, supporting acts, and production details are subject to change by the organizer. Sponsor does not control these matters.
If the concert is rescheduled, the tickets will remain subject to the ticket issuer’s rescheduling policies. If the concert is canceled and the tickets become unusable, Sponsor may provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value or another remedy required by applicable law. Sponsor is not responsible for separately incurred travel or other expenses, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Entries submitted through bots, scripts, macros, multiple identities, or other prohibited methods are void. Sponsor may disqualify an entrant based on reasonable evidence of fraud, tampering, harassment, or violation of these Official Rules.
If an entrant’s identity is disputed, Sponsor may require proof that the entrant controls the submitted email address and meets the eligibility requirements.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or not received because of technical failures beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Proof of submission does not establish receipt.
The entry platform may require cookies or similar security technologies. Disabling these features may prevent successful entry.
Information collected will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver prizes, and fulfill legal obligations, in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy linked on the entry page.
Optional marketing consent will be requested separately and will not affect eligibility or the chances of winning.
After verification, Sponsor may announce a winner’s first name, last initial, and city and state on its website and social media accounts, where permitted by law. Broader promotional use of photographs, likenesses, testimonials, or other personal content will require separate consent where required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and companies directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes, and their respective officers, directors, and employees, from claims arising from participation or acceptance or use of a prize.
This release does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.
Sponsor makes no additional warranties about the tickets or concert beyond those expressly stated in these Official Rules. Nothing in these Official Rules limits nonwaivable consumer protection or other statutory rights.
Subject to applicable law, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, a security breach, substantial technical failure, event cancellation, government action, natural disaster, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially prevents its fair, safe, or lawful administration.
Any action will be limited to what is reasonably necessary to address the circumstances. If feasible and lawful, Sponsor will award the advertised prize or an appropriate substitute through a random drawing from eligible, unaffected entries received before the interruption.
Material updates will be posted on the entry page. Cancellation or modification will not eliminate prize obligations or other rights that applicable law requires Sponsor to honor.
Sponsor will not cancel the Sweepstakes merely because participation is lower than expected or change the rules retroactively in a way that unfairly disadvantages entrants.
These Official Rules are governed by California law, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to this Sweepstakes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California. This provision does not restrict nonwaivable rights or require a venue prohibited by applicable law.
These Official Rules do not require binding arbitration.

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Three Days Grace, its members or representatives, Golden 1 Center, the concert promoter, the ticket issuer, or any social media platform on which it is promoted. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release the social media platforms used to promote this Sweepstakes from claims arising from its administration.
