Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The “Meet KD — The Ultimate Game Night Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 23, 2025 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 11:45 p.m. ET on November 19, 2025 (the “End Date”). The period from the Start Date to the End Date shall be known as the “Giveaway Period.” The Giveaway is sponsored by Boardroom 35 LLC, 116 7th Avenue 3rd floor New York, New York, 10011 (the “Sponsor”).
Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to (i) legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, (ii) who are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is greater), (iii) who agree to fully abide by these Official Rules, (iv) who have a valid email address, and (v) who are available to travel to and attend the Game (defined below) if selected as the Grand Prize Winner (defined below). Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family and household members) of the Sponsor, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities directly associated with the Giveaway, are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, you may enter the Giveaway by completing and submitting the Giveaway registration form at https://kingsumo.com/g/3odd4zm/boardroom-presents-meet-kd-the-ultimate-game-night-giveaway, which constitutes an “Entry.” All requested information on the registration form must be completed for an Entry to be eligible for the drawing. Enter using only an email address subscribed and registered in your name. Once submitted, an Entry cannot be deleted, canceled or modified.
In the event of a dispute as to Entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email account, the entrant will be deemed to be the “authorized account holder,” defined as the natural person assigned to the email address by the applicable internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide proof of being the authorized account holder and that they are otherwise eligible and compliant with these Official Rules; failure to provide such proof in the time specified may result in disqualification.
Only one (1) Entry is allowed per person. An Entry is recorded when Sponsor timely receives the Entry. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro, or other automated online or text message Entries are permitted. Any attempt to misrepresent your identity, including through the use of aliases or multiple accounts, will result in disqualification. Anyone who does not abide by these Official Rules will not be eligible to participate or win. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Giveaway mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and disqualified.
Drawings and Notifications: A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee on or about November 20, 2025, to select one (1) potential grand prize winner and two (2) potential runner-up winners from among all eligible Entries received by the End Date. Each potential winner is subject to confirmation and/or verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. The odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of eligible Entries received.
Potential winners will be contacted via an email sent to the email address provided on the registration form (the “Winner Notification Email”). Each potential winner must claim the applicable prize in accordance with the Sponsor’s instructions in the Winner Notification Email within seventy-two (72) hours. Upon the Sponsor’s request, each potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, release and acceptance form, IRS Form W-9, and any other documentation requested by the Sponsor. IF A POTENTIAL WINNER CANNOT BE CONTACTED VIA THE WINNER NOTIFICATION EMAIL, FAILS TO RESPOND WITHIN SEVENTY-TWO (72) HOURS, IS INELIGIBLE, OR FAILS TO TIMELY COMPLETE AND RETURN ANY REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION, THE APPLICABLE PRIZE MAY BE FORFEITED AND AN ALTERNATE POTENTIAL WINNER MAY BE SELECTED BY THE SPONSOR, ALL IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. ONE OR MORE PRIZES MAY NOT BE AWARDED IF AN INSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES ARE RECEIVED.
Prizes: The following prizes are available in this Giveaway:
The total ARV of all prizes available to be won through the Giveaway is $4,535.
Grand Prize Terms: The winner of the Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize Winner”) and winner’s guest (the “Guest”) are solely responsible for arranging airfare and/or other transportation required to attend the Game and obtaining required identification and travel documents (collectively, “Travel Arrangements”). The Sponsor will not make Travel Arrangements and has no liability for any failure by the Grand Prize Winner or Guest to make or timely complete their Travel Arrangements, or for any errors in connection therewith. The Sponsor will arrange and pay for lodging on the night of December 5, 2025, as described above in the Grand Prize description (“Lodging”). Lodging will consist of one (1) standard, double occupancy room. By accepting the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner represents and warrants that the Travel Credit will be used by the Grand Prize Winner and/or Guest solely for travel to attend the Game. Any expenses not expressly included as part of the grand prize in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and Guest. The Sponsor makes no representation or guarantee that the Travel Credit will cover all travel costs required to attend the Game or otherwise take advantage of the Grand Prize. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and/or Guest.
The Game is currently scheduled for December 5, 2025, in Houston, Texas, at 8:00 p.m. local time. The Sponsor has no liability if the Game is changed, canceled, or postponed, even if such developments render existing Travel Arrangements inconvenient, impractical, or unusable, or result in the Grand Prize Winner’s or Guest’s inability to enjoy some or all of the Grand Prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for cancellations, postponements, over-booking, delays, diversions, substitutions, lost or delayed baggage, missed connections, itinerary changes, acts or omissions of carriers, lodging providers, or other third parties, or any other event beyond the Sponsor’s control. The Sponsor has no obligation to provide any substitute prize, compensation, or reimbursement for any Travel Arrangements made by the Grand Prize Winner or Guest. The Guest must be above the age of majority in their place of residence as of the date of the Winner Notification Email, unless the Grand Prize Winner is the parent or legal guardian of the Guest. The Grand Prize Winner and Guest may be required to sign a release before traveling. Failure to comply with these terms, or any behavior that the Sponsor deems inappropriate or that reflects negatively on the Sponsor, may result in forfeiture or early termination of the grand prize, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The Meet-and-Greet will be available to both the Grand Prize Winner and Guest and will last approximately one (1) to two (2) minutes, with no guarantee of photos, autographs, or extended interaction. The Meet-and-Greet is subject to Kevin Durant’s schedule, security requirements, and venue policies. Grand Prize Winner must comply with all instructions of Sponsor, Kevin Durant, and venue personnel in connection with the Meet-and-Greet; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of this element of the prize without compensation. If, in Sponsor’s discretion, the Meet-and-Greet cannot occur as described for any reason (including Kevin Durant’s unavailability, force majeure, venue restrictions, or safety/security concerns, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute one or more alternative experiences and/or items of comparable or greater value. For clarification, the foregoing is illustrative and non-exclusive; prize substitutions shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner and Guest may be required to complete background checks/security screening to Sponsor’s satisfaction; failure to comply or pass such checks/screenings to Sponsor’s satisfaction is grounds for forfeiture. Sponsor may impose reasonable health, safety, and security protocols as a condition of participation.
General Prize Term (All Prizes): Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. No cash alternative or other prize substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of greater or equal value in the event that a prize or a portion thereof becomes unavailable for any reason. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize or portion of the Prize. The awarding of the Prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. All federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize is solely the responsibility of the winner. Additional terms and conditions may apply to prize components. Please review prize materials, including Game tickets, and any accompanying materials for any such details. All prizes are awarded as is and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. some jurisdictions may not allow (or may limit) disclaimers of certain warranties, in which case the foregoing disclaimers will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. All aspects of prizes not expressly detailed in these Official Rules shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Publicity: Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission (except where prohibited by law) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice, review, or further compensation, for purposes of administering the Giveaway, announcing and publicizing the winners, and promoting Sponsor and its products and services. Sponsor may sublicense such rights to effectuate these permitted uses and may require a separate written publicity release from winners as a condition of prize award.
Use of Data: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants including email addresses in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in the Giveaway and providing this information, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THIS GIVEAWAY IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM AMBIGUITY IN THE GIVEAWAY OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES. BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY OR ACCEPTING A PRIZE, ENTRANTS AGREE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, PARTNERS, MEMBERS, PRINCIPALS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS OR SUPPLIERS (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURIES TO ANY PERSON (INCLUDING DEATH) OR PROPERTY OF ANY KIND SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY OR FROM THEIR ACCEPTANCE, RECEIPT, POSSESSION AND/OR USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE, OR FOR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR OTHER ERROR IN THE PRINTING, OFFERING, OR ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE PRIZE OR THE GIVEAWAY. ENTRANTS FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE GIVEAWAY OR THE PRIZE, INCLUDING ITS QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE PRECEDING SENTENCE, ENTRANTS FURTHER AGREE THAT (A) SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, LATE, INCOMPLETE, ILLEGIBLE, CORRUPTED, DAMAGED, MISDIRECTED, OR UNDELIVERABLE ENTRIES, WHETHER DUE TO SYSTEM ERRORS, TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS, HUMAN ERROR, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE; (B) PROOF OF SUBMISSION OF AN ENTRY DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROOF OF RECEIPT BY SPONSOR; (C) SPONSOR SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR ALTERATION OF, ENTRIES; (D) SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS OR TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OF ANY TELEPHONE NETWORK OR TELEPHONE LINES, COMPUTER ONLINE SYSTEMS, SERVERS, PROVIDERS, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, OR SOFTWARE, OR FOR THE FAILURE OF ANY EMAIL OR ENTRY TO BE RECEIVED BY SPONSOR, ON ACCOUNT OF TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, HUMAN ERROR OR TRAFFIC CONGESTION ON THE INTERNET OR AT ANY WEBSITE, OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF; OR (E) INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PARTICIPANT’S OR ANY OTHER PERSON’S COMPUTER, IN ALL CASES RELATING TO OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR DOWNLOADING ANY MATERIALS IN CONNECTION WITH THIS GIVEAWAY.
ENTRIES THAT ARE INCOMPLETE, ILLEGIBLE, CORRUPTED, OR THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN. ANY ENTRIES RECEIVED AFTER THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD WILL BE VOID. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. ALL ENTRIES BECOME THE PROPERTY OF SPONSOR.
General Conditions: If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and (in its discretion) award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable. Disputes: Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
