Official Rules: Off Grid Warehouse Bug Out Bag Giveaway

Promotion Period: November 1 to November 30, 2026. Back to the giveaway

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning except through the bonus entries described below, and the same number of bonus entries is available for free through the mail-in method. Void where prohibited.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, X, YouTube, Google, or KingSumo.


1. Sponsor and promotion period

The Off Grid Warehouse Bug Out Bag Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored and administered by Off Grid Warehouse, 1595 Imperial Way, Suite 110, West Deptford, NJ 08066 ("Sponsor").

The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 30, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeper.

Online entries are collected through KingSumo, a third-party giveaway platform. KingSumo is not a sponsor or administrator of the Promotion.


2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state, if older) at the time of entry. Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, and all locations outside the United States are excluded.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their spouses) and people living in the same household are not eligible.

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.


3. How to enter

  • Enter your email below for 3 entries.
  • Confirm your email from the message we send you. Unconfirmed entries can't win.

  • Refer friends: +3 entries for every friend who enters and confirms through your link.

  • Gear up with us: +10 entries per order at offgridwarehouse.com, or +25 for orders of $150 or more (after discounts, before tax and shipping). Up to 5 orders. Use the same email you entered with. Order entries are added before the drawing and won't show here.

Giveaway runs November 1 to November 30, 2026. One winner drawn on or about December 4 and notified by email.

3.1 Purchase bonus entries

A qualifying order is an order placed on offgridwarehouse.com during the Promotion Period using the same email address as your confirmed giveaway entry. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150 or more after discounts, excluding tax and shipping, earn 25 entries. All other qualifying orders earn 10 entries.

Purchase entries are added by Sponsor after the Promotion Period and do not appear in the online entry form. Entries from orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned before the drawing are void. Orders placed by phone, in person or through third-party marketplaces do not qualify.

3.2 Free mail-in entry

To receive 25 entries without a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number and the email address you entered with on a 3" x 5" card. Mail it in a stamped envelope to: Off Grid Warehouse Bug Out Bag Giveaway, 1595 Imperial Way, Suite 110, West Deptford, NJ 08066.

Each card must be mailed in a separate envelope, received by November 30, 2026. Mechanically reproduced, illegible or incomplete cards are void. You must also have a confirmed online entry, or include a statement that you want your email address entered.


4. Entry conditions

  • Confirmation required. Online entries count only after you confirm your email address from the message sent to you. Referral entries count only when the referred person confirms theirs.
  • One person, one email. Each person may use only one email address. Entries from multiple or disposable email addresses, or from anyone entering on another person's behalf, will be disqualified along with all associated entries.
  • Honor-system actions. Share, follow and subscribe entries are awarded when you complete the action in the entry form. Sponsor may void them if the action was not actually completed.
  • No automated or fraudulent entries. Entries generated by bots, scripts, macros or other automated means, or by fake referrals, will be disqualified.
  • Authorized account holder. In a dispute over who submitted an entry, the entrant is the natural person assigned to the email address by its provider. A potential winner may be asked for proof.
  • Incomplete, late, garbled or corrupted entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for entries lost to technical failures.

5. Drawing and odds

On or about December 4, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, after adding purchase and mail-in entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.


6. Winner notification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter. They must respond within seven (7) days of notification.

Before the prize is awarded, the potential winner must sign and return, within seven (7) days of receipt, a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where lawful) Publicity Release. The potential winner becomes the winner only after Sponsor verifies eligibility.

If the potential winner does not respond or return the documents in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned undeliverable, the prize is forfeited. Sponsor may then draw an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, up to two (2) alternate drawings.


7. Prize

  • Delivery. Sponsor ships the prize to the winner's address in the 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) or DC at no cost. The prize cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.
  • No substitution by winner. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute any item with one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable.
  • Value. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value is not awarded.
  • Taxes. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor does not expect to issue a Form 1099-MISC because the ARV is below the IRS reporting threshold.
  • Medical and safety items. Several items are trauma and first aid supplies. They are provided without training. Sponsor recommends formal training before use and makes no warranty beyond each manufacturer's own.

8. General conditions

  • Publicity. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their first name, last initial, city, state and photo in connection with the Promotion, in any media, without further compensation.
  • Rules control. If any Promotion materials (including the Website or social posts) conflict with these Official Rules, these Official Rules govern.
  • Changes and cancellation. If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, tampering or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it. If cancelled, Sponsor may award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before the cancellation.
  • Disqualification. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or harassing manner.
  • No more than one (1) prize will be awarded.

9. Social media platforms

The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, X, YouTube or Google. By entering, you release each of those platforms from all liability related to the Promotion. Information you provide is given to Sponsor, not to those platforms.


10. Limitations of liability and release

Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or mail; incorrect entry information; technical failures of any network, server, website, email or software, including KingSumo; unauthorized access to or tampering with entries; or errors in Promotion materials.

By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees and agents from any claims, injuries, losses or damages arising from your participation in the Promotion or from the acceptance, possession or use of the prize or any item in it.


11. Disputes and governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Promotion will be resolved individually, without any class action, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Gloucester County (Woodbury, New Jersey), or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Camden Vicinage.


12. Privacy

Information you provide is collected by Sponsor and used to run the Promotion, contact the winner and verify purchase entries. By entering, you agree to join the Off Grid Warehouse email list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing does not void your entries.

Sponsor does not sell or share entrant information with third parties, other than service providers that run the Promotion and our email program (such as KingSumo and Klaviyo). See our Privacy Policy.


13. Winner list and sponsor
