By entering and participating in the 2025 Illustrative Mathematics Back to School Giveaway, participant (“Entrant”) fully and unconditionally agrees to accept and be bound by these “Official Rules” and by all decisions of Illustrative Mathematics (“Sponsor”), which include, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility, winners, and the interpretation of the terms used in these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
Visit the IM Social Media Pages—Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter—between 12:00:00 am PDT on July 29, 2025 and 11:59:59 pm PDT on September 3, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”) and follow the instructions posted on IM’s social media pages to enter via the KingSumo entry form.
An Entrant may submit one (1) giveaway entry per email address. Each Entrant will be required to enter their name and email address before clicking the Enter Giveaway button. Entrants may also gain additional entries by following the instructions on the KingSumo giveaway page.
To be eligible to enter the Illustrative Mathematics Back to School Giveaway, an Entrant must:
Limit one (1) original entry set per eligible person. Entrants must enter their own first and last name and email address for the entry to be valid. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entries submitted by individuals younger than eighteen (18) will be disqualified. Incomplete or incorrect submissions may also be deemed invalid. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
By entering, entrants opt in to receive email newsletters from Illustrative Mathematics.
Entrant represents and warrants that all information provided in connection with the Giveaway is true, accurate, and complete as of the date of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry at its sole discretion.
Entrants must be teachers currently teaching at a school in grades K–12 during the 2025–2026 school year. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm PDT on August 3, 2025.
Eight (8) Winners will be selected via random drawing on or about August 3, 2025. Each Winner will receive a $125 Amazon gift card intended for school supplies. Gift cards will be delivered via email only to the email address provided after winners are selected. Prizes may not be substituted, assigned, or transferred.
Winners will be notified at the email address provided on the KingSumo form following entry validation. If Illustrative Mathematics is unable to contact a winner within 72 hours of email notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected via random drawing.
Gift cards will be delivered within two (2) weeks of winner confirmation. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of prizes will be permitted, except at the discretion of Illustrative Mathematics, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. By entering, each winner consents to the use of their name for publicity by Illustrative Mathematics without additional compensation or permission, where permitted by law. If a prize is forfeited, it may be awarded to an alternate eligible entrant.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, KingSumo, or any other social media or promotional platform. All entrants are providing their information to Illustrative Mathematics. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it believes has violated these rules.
