By entering this giveaway (the “Promotion”), you agree to these Official Terms & Conditions and the decisions of AUD Bullion (the “Sponsor”). Entry constitutes acceptance of all rules and eligibility criteria below.

1. Eligibility The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Entries close: 11:45 PM AEST, 1 December 2025
  • Winner announced: 7:00 PM AEST, 5 December 2025

3. How to Enter To participate, entrants must:

  1. Register a free AUD Bullion account
  2. Add at least one bullion item to their Wish List

  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • Subscribing to AUD Bullion's email list
  • Sharing the giveaway on social media

Entry actions and ticket values will be specified on the KingSumo campaign page.

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

  • Prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be exchanged

5. Winner Selection

  • A random draw will be conducted on 5 December 2025
  • The winner will be contacted by email or social media direct message
  • If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, another winner may be drawn
  • AUD Bullion reserves the right to verify the winner’s eligibility before awarding the prize

6. Limitation of Liability By entering, you release AUD Bullion from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize use. AUD Bullion is not responsible for technical issues, late or lost entries, or system errors Gold value is indicative at the time of the giveaway and is subject to market fluctuations. The stated value is based on spot/market pricing at the time of promotion and may vary at the time of prize draw or redemption.

7. Privacy Information collected will be used solely to administer the Promotion and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law This Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

All disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of New South Wales.
