By submitting an entry to the Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
The Giveaway is open to all humans age 18 or older at time of entry. Open to USA residents only. Employees of the Sponsor, its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, merchants involved with this Giveaway, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Giveaway is governed by United States law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
To enter the Giveaway, follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”). You may enter once per day during the Giveaway Entry Period. All entries must be received by 9:00 AM EST on September 14, 2025 (“Giveaway Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
One (1) winner will receive a PupSaver Dog Safety Seat for dogs up to 30 lbs. (Color will vary). Approximate retail value: $210. Prize may not be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period.
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about September 14, 2025 by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The winner will be notified by email from Tonya@raisingyourpetsnaturally.com. The winner has 5 days from the time the email is sent to respond and claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner will be randomly selected. Prize will be awarded within 30 days of winner verification.
By entering, participants agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Giveaway, as well as employees, officers, directors, and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to participation, acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner’s name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical errors that may prevent entry. Any attempt to deliberately damage or interfere with this Giveaway may result in disqualification and prosecution under applicable law.
This Giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions.
The winner’s name may be requested after September 14, 2025, by contacting the Sponsor.
