OFFICIAL RULES
By submitting an entry to this giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you acknowledge
that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the
decisions of Chris & Sara (the "Sponsor"), and that you satisfy all
eligibility requirements.
SPONSOR:
DROPPIN LLC ("Chris & Sara"), operating at chrisandsara.com. The prize
is provided in partnership with Le Boat. Destination Ontario is a
promotional partner of this Giveaway and does not provide the prize.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Giveaway is open to individuals worldwide who are 21 years of age or
older at the time of entry. The minimum age of 21 is required because the
prize is a boat rental and Le Boat requires the named hirer to be 21 or
older. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees of DROPPIN LLC, Le Boat, Destination Ontario, their respective
affiliates, agents, and immediate family members or people living in the
same household are not eligible to enter or win.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your
chances of winning.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD:
The Giveaway begins on August 1, 2026 and ends on September 7, 2026 at
11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received
within the Entry Period.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, follow the on-screen instructions at chrisandsara.com/win to
submit your email address and complete the required actions. Additional
entries may be earned by completing the bonus actions listed on the
Giveaway page.
PRIZE:
One (1) winner will receive a free four (4) night boat rental from Le
Boat, departing from Le Boat's base at Smiths Falls, Ontario, Canada, on
the Rideau Canal.
The prize must be taken during Le Boat's 2027 season and is restricted to
shoulder season departures. Peak July and August departures and long
weekend departures are excluded. All dates are subject to availability
and confirmed by Le Boat.
In place of the Rideau Canal, the winner may elect to take the prize at
another Le Boat destination in Canada or Europe, subject to availability
at the time of booking. The winner should be prepared to provide more
than one preferred travel date.
The prize includes hire of the boat and its equipment: a fully equipped
kitchen, bathroom facilities with hot shower and toilet, sleeping
facilities with bed linen and towels, heating, safety equipment including
life jackets, a mandatory pre-departure briefing and boat handling
demonstration, daily technical support from the local Le Boat team, lock
fees, and parking at the base. No boat license is required at most Le
Boat destinations; in parts of Germany a temporary permit is issued
following the pre-departure briefing.
The prize does NOT include: fuel, mooring fees, water and fuel refills,
travel to and from the Le Boat base, food and beverages, travel
insurance, optional extras, any pet supplement, any refundable damage
deposit collected at the base, or any expenses off the boat. The winner
is solely responsible for all travel arrangements, travel documents,
passports, visas or electronic travel authorisations required for entry
to Canada or the destination country, and all associated costs.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $[CONFIRM WITH LE BOAT] USD.
No cash alternative, no substitutions, and the prize is non-transferable
except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or
about September 8, 2026. The winner will be notified by email within 48
hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of
notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within
this time, or if the winner is ineligible or does not meet the
requirements of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an
alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Before the prize is awarded, the Sponsor will verify that the winner has
completed all required entry actions (email submission and Instagram
follows). If any required action cannot be verified, the winner will be
disqualified and a new winner drawn.
The winner is responsible for coordinating directly with Le Boat to book
the dates, destination, and boat for the prize rental, subject to Le
Boat's availability. Bookings are subject to Le Boat's standard terms and
conditions of hire, available at leboat.com.
ODDS:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received
during the Entry Period.
TAXES AND FEES:
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state,
provincial, local, and international taxes, duties, and any other fees
associated with acceptance or use of the prize.
YOUR EMAIL AND HOW IT IS USED:
Entering the Giveaway adds your email address to the Chris & Sara mailing
list. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Destination Ontario does not collect or receive any entrant email
addresses through this Giveaway.
PUBLICITY:
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Chris & Sara and Le Boat
permission to use the winner's first name and first initial of last name,
city and country of residence, likeness, and entry content for
promotional purposes without further compensation, except where
prohibited by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted through automated
means (bots, scripts, or macros) are void. The Sponsor is not responsible
for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered entries, or for any technical
malfunctions of any kind.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with
the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a manner the
Sponsor deems unsportsmanlike or disruptive. The Sponsor reserves the
right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical
failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control
affects the integrity of the Giveaway.
By entering the Giveaway, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official
Rules, (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are
final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway, and (iii)
release, defend, and hold harmless DROPPIN LLC, Le Boat, Destination
Ontario, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from all
claims and liability relating to participation in the Giveaway,
acceptance of the prize, or use or misuse of the prize, including but not
limited to travel to and from the Le Boat base and the boat rental
itself.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or
associated with Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, or any other social media
platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway
must be directed to the Sponsor, not to any platform.
GOVERNING LAW:
This Giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the
State of [CONFIRM STATE OF FORMATION], USA, without regard to conflicts
of laws provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this
Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in courts sitting in [CONFIRM
STATE], USA.
