Official Rules and Terms for the “Your Story, Amplified” Nonprofit Giveaway

Winner Announcement: May 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM


1. Eligibility

The “Your Story, Amplified” Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open exclusively to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations located within the United States. By participating, entrants confirm that their organization is:

  • Legally recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
  • Based within the United States and available for filming within U.S. territory.

Entry Guidelines:

  • A minimum of 1,000 unique nonprofit organizational entries is required to unlock the Grand Prize and award it to a winning organization.
  • Multiple individuals from the same nonprofit may enter to support their organization’s chances; however, this will only count as one nonprofit organization entry toward the 1,000-entry minimum.
  • The contest is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. A purchase will not improve chances of winning.

The Sweepstakes is governed by United States law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is void where prohibited. Entrants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.

Residents of Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, and the Czech Republic are not eligible to enter or win. Employees of Visuals by Momo (the “Sponsor”), its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, merchants involved with this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.


2. How to Enter

Nonprofits can enter the giveaway by completing the entry form on the official KingSumo giveaway page between April 1, 2025, and May 11, 2025. Each nonprofit must provide:

  • Organization Name
  • Primary Contact Name & Email
  • 501(c)(3) Registration Verification
  • A Brief Statement on How Winning This Content Creation Giveaway Would Benefit Their Nonprofit

Bonus Entry Methods:

Entrants may earn additional entries by:

  • Referring other nonprofit organizations to enter.
  • Engaging with Visuals by Momo on social media (likes, shares, and follows).
  • Watching a nonprofit storytelling video on YouTube.

All entries must be received by May 11, 2025.


3. Prize Details

🎥 Grand Prize – Gala Content Package ($12,500 Value)

One nonprofit will receive a fully produced, custom storytelling and event content package designed to amplify their mission, featuring:

📌 Five custom social media clips (up to 60 seconds each)

📼 One Gala Storytelling Fundraising Video (up to 3 minutes)

📸 Event Coverage of the nonprofit’s Gala or major event

🗘️ One Event Story Highlight Video (up to 90 seconds)

🖌️ Professional editing & branding elements

Terms & Conditions:

  • The Grand Prize will only be awarded if the 1,000 unique nonprofit organizational entries are met.
  • The winning nonprofit must be available for in-person filming and agree to coordinate logistics with Visuals by Momo.
  • There will be no revisions. The video and content will be produced at the creative discretion of Momo Abdellatif, Director of Creative Operations at Visuals by Momo, and his team.
  • Meetings, asset collection, and production coordination will be handled by Visuals by Momo.
  • The Grand Prize will be eligible for reimbursement from January 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026. If the winning nonprofit does not redeem their prize within this timeframe, the offer will expire.


4. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • If the contest reaches 1,000 nonprofit entries by May 11, 2025, a winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries using KingSumo’s randomized selection tool.
  • The winning nonprofit will be announced publicly on May 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM via Visuals by Momo’s website and social media platforms. The selected nonprofit will also receive a direct email notification.
  • The winning nonprofit must respond within 7 days (by May 28, 2025) to claim their prize and coordinate production planning. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.


5. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • All participants will receive free nonprofit marketing resources and social media content creation insights, regardless of the giveaway outcome.
  • The Grand Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other services.
  • Filming must occur within the United States. If the nonprofit cannot meet location or scheduling requirements, they may forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be chosen.
  • By entering, all participants agree to allow Visuals by Momo to use their nonprofit’s name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes.
  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, or any other third-party platforms.


6. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention

  • Any attempts to manipulate, spam, or game the system (e.g., using fake nonprofit names, multiple fake entries, or bots) will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Only legitimate 501(c)(3) nonprofits will be considered—any organization that cannot verify their nonprofit status will be removed from eligibility.
  • Visuals by Momo reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the giveaway rules or engages in dishonest conduct.


7. Arbitration & Legal Compliance

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Texas, U.S.A.

Legal Warning: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER, OR VANDALIZE THIS WEBSITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
