To be eligible for the Giveaway, participants must:
1. Be at least 18 years of age (if not must be accompanied by parent/guardian)
2. Be residents of the United States.
3. Not be employees, agents, or immediate family members of the Organizer or any affiliated companies.
Participants can enter the Giveaway by completing the following actions:
1. Follow the official Christian Influencer Convention social media accounts on Facebook, and Instagram. (@wearecic)
2. Like and share the designated Giveaway post on their respective social media platform(s).
3. Tag at least one friend in the comments section of the Giveaway post.
For additional entries, participants may:
1. Share the Giveaway post on their Instagram Stories, tagging the Christian Influencer Convention account.
2. Tag more friends in separate comments on the Giveaway post, with each additional tag counting as one extra entry.
Maximum ARV of all prizes: If winner is unable to receive payment then prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules from among the remaining eligible entries for that prize. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor.
Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
Winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted by the Organizer. They will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered, within five (5) business days from the end of the Giveaway period. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.
1. Winners are responsible for all expenses not expressly covered in these Terms.
2. Runner-up winners are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and expenses.
3. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for their own meals, incidentals, and any other expenses incurred during their stay, beyond what is provided by the Organizer.
4. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other items.
5. Winners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while attending the Christian Influencer Convention and any related events.
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer and its affiliated companies from any liability, claims, or damages arising from or in connection with their participation in the Giveaway and acceptance or use of any prize.
1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at its sole discretion.
2. Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
3. The Organizer's decision on all matters related to the Giveaway is final and binding.
4. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes arising from or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
By participating in the Giveaway, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The personal information collected from each entrant in the course of the Sweepstakes will be used by CIC for the purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise permitted in accordance with CIC’s Privacy Policy. Please see CIC’s Terms of Service for more information. CIC reserves the right to alter any rules of any sweepstakes at anytime.
