Belizean Dreams Resort & Manta Island Resort
This promotional giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the promotion start date. Employees, Owners (including immediate family members), and Affiliates of Belizean Dreams Resort and Manta Island Resort are not eligible to participate in the contest. This promotion is void where prohibited by law. Participant’s entrance constitutes an agreement of the official terms and conditions of the promotion.
Participants can enter beginning on October 15, 2023 at 11:45PM CST and ending 11:45PM CST on November 30, 2023. You may enter the giveaway by visiting the Belizean Dreams Resort or Manta Island Resort websites and following the steps outlined there. All entries, once submitted, become the property of Belizean Dreams Resort, Manta Island Resort, and affiliate companies and shall not be returned. Any incomplete entries will not be eligible. Multiple forms of entry are allowed per person.
Belizean Dreams Resort will select the winner. The winner will be notified via e-mail.
One (1) prize will be awarded. This prize consists of a 7 night / 8 day split stay for two between Belizean Dreams Resort, Hopkins Belize and Manta Island Resort, Glover’s Reef, Belize with the Seize the Sunshine giveaway. This giveaway includes a four (4) night stay at Manta Island Resort in a Cabana and a three (3) night stay at Belizean Dreams Resort in a One Bedroom Standard Unit along with local in-country (Belize) transfer to the resort (the All Inclusive Package at both resorts). The approximate retail value of this vacation is $6,576.00 USD for stays between May 30, 2024 – December 18, 2024. Not open to solo travelers. International airfare is NOT included in this prize. For the Manta Island Resort portion, valid for check-in and check-out on Wednesdays and Saturdays only. Specialty tours, add-ons & activities at either Belizean Dreams Resort or Manta Island are not included in this prize. Wine and Premium Liquor are not included in this prize. Dates are based on availability at both resorts. Our resort policies are applicable to all guests which include, but are not limited: cancellation policy, occupancy restrictions/availability, global pandemic and booking policy; except as noted here: winner shall not be allowed to reschedule dates if original dates are canceled due to any circumstances. The winner & traveling companion are responsible for understanding Belize International Airport entry requirements. The winner will be notified immediately and has three (days) to accept the prize. The prize will be valid for stays from May 30, 2024 until December 18, 2024. Blackout dates include but are not limited to: November 23 - 30, 2024. Giveaway vacation prize will be fulfilled within 4-10 weeks of winner notification.
Prize is non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution to any other package will be allowed. Belizean Dreams Resort and Manta Island Resort reserve the right to cancel or modify the Promotion or these terms and conditions of Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Belizean Dreams Resort and Manta Island Resort’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of this Promotion, as determined by its sole discretion. By participating, where allowable by law, entrant grants Belizean Dreams Resort and Manta Island Resort and affiliate companies the worldwide right to publish, broadcast and use in any media, including the World Wide Web, participant’s entry, name, picture, and likeness, without limitation, for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation. If Belizean Dreams Resort and/or Manta Island Resort are unable to contact the prospective Prize Winner within three (3) days from first notification attempt, if the prospective Prize Winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if the prospective Prize Winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prospective Prize Winner shall be selected. Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, offered by Belizean Dreams Resort and Manta Island Resort.
Release:
By receipt of any Prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Belizean Dreams Resort and Manta Island Resort and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Promotion or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this resort's Facebook page and not to Meta.
Disputes:
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
