3. Relevant State(s) and/or Territory(ies): Entries are welcome from all Australian States and Territories.
4. Maximum Entries per person: There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Each individual can submit multiple entries to increase their chances of winning.
5. Entry Procedure: To enter the competition, participants must visit the competition landing page (https://www.festool.com.au/comp) and input their name and email. Then entrants will be directed to the KingSumo Competition landing page where entrants can secure their entry and have the opportunity to earn additional entries by taking specific actions. Sharing the competition on Facebook will earn them +3 extra entries per referral. Liking our Facebook page will earn them +1 entry. Subscribing to our YouTube channel and following us on Instagram will each earn them +1 entry.
6. Judging Details: The winner will be randomly selected by FESTOOL Australia on December 1, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at the following location: Euro Tooltechnic, 21-27 Evolution Drive, Dandenong South VICTORIA 3175. There will be no manual judging involved.
7. Prize Details: The prize is a HKC 55 160mm Circular Saw 5.0Ah Bluetooth Set in Systainer with 420mm Cross Cut Rail (Item Number: #577675) valued at $1,424.00 AUD inclusive of GST. The winner will be notified via email or phone within 1 week of the judging date.
8. Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on December 2, 2023. The winner will be notified via email on the same day and if the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new random winner will be selected on December 7th August 2023 at 9:00 am at the following location: Euro Tooltechnic, 21-27 Evolution Drive, Dandenong South VICTORIA 3175. There will be no manual judging involved.
9. Prize Delivery: The prize will be shipped directly to the winner’s nominated delivery address. FESTOOL Australia will manage the fulfilment of the prize.
10. Publication Details: The winner’s name will be published on the FESTOOL Australia Facebook Page and Instagram account after the competition period and the winner has given consent to publish his name on FESTOOL socials.
11. Marketing and Publicity: By entering the competition, the winner acknowledges and consents to the publication of their name and details on the FESTOOL Australia website, social media platforms, and email newsletters. FESTOOL Australia may use, edit, and reproduce the competition entries and related materials for promotional purposes. The entrants agree to release FESTOOL Australia from any claims arising from the use of their materials.
