1. Entry Period: The giveaway begins at 12:01am on June 17, 2024 and ends on July 3, 2024.
2. Limits: Only one entry per person will be accepted.
3. Eligibility: Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age and older at the time of entry. Employees of Johnson Financial Group, their respective member financial institutions, their respective subsidiaries and affiliates and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings, and each of their respective spouses), and persons living in the households of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 6. Prize Restrictions: The prizes will be awarded by Johnson Financial Group and are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning a prize. Winners may be required to furnish a social security number for the purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law.
7. Random Drawing: The winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing on July 8, 2024 from all eligible entries received during the entry period under the direction of Johnson Financial Group.

Prizes will be awarded within 1 week after the winners are verified. If the prize is unclaimed by August 1, 2024, the prize will be forfeited and will not be re-awarded. Requests must be received no later than August 1, 2024.
11. Prize Conditions: All expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
