ThriveElevate™ Pilot Sweepstakes — Official Rules + Pilot Participation Agreement, SOPs & SLAs

This long-form governs the promotion and the 12‑week pilot participation. The previously published Short Form is a convenience summary. In the event of any conflict, this Long Form controls.

0. Definitions

0.1 Sponsor: CrownThrive, LLC (“CrownThrive,” “we,” “us”).

0.2 Participant / Winner: An eligible entrant selected to receive the prize and enrolled in the pilot cohort.

0.3 Ecosystem: CrownThrive’s connected platforms and brands, including but not limited to AdLuxe Network, CrownThriveU, CrownLytics, CrownPulse, ThrivePush, Go‑Flipbooks, Collab Portal, FindCliques, NFTCliques, ChainCliques, CrownThrive IO, CrownRewards, CrownFluence, Crown Affiliates & Ambassadors, ThriveGather, ThrivePeer, ThriveTickets, ThriveTools/ThriveOpt, Kamora360, XENthrive, KineticReleaf, Good Shit Only, ThriveThreads, The Mane Experience, Locticians, Locticians TV, Melanin Magic, Melanated Voices Platform (MVP on Roku) & Melanated Voices TV, CrownThriveU, The Tame Gallery, The Artful Mane Gallery, and Wearable Art.

0.4 Pilot Scope: Ecosystem access only; MM Suites and CHLOM are excluded in this pilot.

0.5 Promotion Period: August 17, 2025, 7:38 PM ET to August 27, 2025, 7:38 PM ET (America/New_York).

0.6 ARV: Approximate Retail Value. Per‑winner ARV $2,100 (based on published ThriveElevate monthly rate). Total ARV $8,400.

1. Sponsor; Governing Law; Eligibility

1.1 Sponsor: CrownThrive, LLC. Contact: contact@crownthrive.com.

1.2 Governing Law & Venue: Commonwealth of Virginia, USA; exclusive venue in state or federal courts located in Virginia.

1.3 Eligibility: Open to legal residents where permitted by law, 18+ at time of entry. Employees/contractors/agents of Sponsor and ecosystem brands, and their immediate family/household members, are ineligible. Void where prohibited.

2. How to Enter

2.1 No purchase necessary.

2.2 Submit the official entry form during the Promotion Period. Optional bonus entries may be available (e.g., follows, shares).

2.3 Alternative Free Entry: Email contact@crownthrive.com with subject “ThriveElevate Sweepstakes Entry” (include full name, state, and a valid email) during the Promotion Period. One base entry per person.

2.4 Prohibited Conduct: Automated/bulk/scripted entries, multiple accounts, or attempts to circumvent limits may void entries and lead to disqualification.

3. Prizes

3.1 Four (4) winners each receive one (1) 12‑week ThriveElevate hybrid‑incubator membership within the Pilot Scope plus a one‑time $300 AdLuxe credit (see §7.5).

3.2 Extras included: Orientation Pass; Starter Kit downloads (KPI Snapshot CSV; Experiment Registry CSV; Go‑Flipbooks asset bundle); link to a free CrownThriveU micro‑lesson; access to a live Group Strategy Audit (60‑minute, group format).

3.3 Non‑transferable; no cash alternative. Sponsor may substitute with equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

4. Winner Selection; Odds; Notification

4.1 Selection: Random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

4.2 Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.

4.3 Notification: Potential winners will be notified via email and must respond within 72 hours with any requested verification (e.g., eligibility affidavit, W‑9 if required) and sign the Pilot Participation Agreement (§6). Failure to timely respond/verify may result in disqualification and an alternate selection.

4.4 Winner announcement on or about August 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET.

5. Taxes

5.1 Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any fees associated with the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099‑MISC as required.

6. Pilot Participation Agreement (Mutual Expectations)

6.1 Scope & Exclusions: Pilot access to select ecosystem tools; excludes MM Suites and CHLOM. This is access + guided support, not done‑for‑you buildout, agency work, or guaranteed outcomes.

6.2 Term: Twelve (12) weeks from cohort start date communicated by Sponsor.

6.3 Participant Responsibilities:

  • a) Attend orientation and scheduled sessions;
  • b) Complete weekly execution items and submit KPI Snapshot & Experiment Registry updates by the stated cadence;
  • c) Comply with content standards, platform terms, and community code of conduct;
  • d) Maintain accurate contact and billing profile data (for paid add‑ons you may choose to purchase separately).
  • 6.4 Sponsor Responsibilities:
  • a) Provide cohort orientation and access to pilot‑scoped platforms;
  • b) Provide up to three (3) monthly 1:1 Strategy Sessions (see §8.3) and one Group Strategy Audit;
  • c) Provide the Starter Kit, micro‑lesson link, and limited launch guidance materials.
  • 6.5 No Employment, Agency, or Partnership: Participation creates no employment, partnership, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship. No equity or revenue share is conferred by participation.
  • 6.6 Confidentiality: Each party may access the other’s non‑public information. Use is limited to pilot purposes. Do not disclose to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
  • 6.7 Publicity Consent: Except where prohibited, Participant grants Sponsor the right to use Participant’s name, likeness, business name/logo, city/state, and statements for promotion of CrownThrive and the pilot, without additional compensation or notice. Participant may request reasonable brand‑safe treatment and factual accuracy in public uses.
  • 6.8 Content Recording: Sponsor may record sessions for quality, training, and testimonial purposes. Participants may request that sensitive portions be redacted from public use; Sponsor will reasonably accommodate when feasible.

7. IP; Content; Ad & Platform Policies

7.1 Participant IP: Participant owns pre‑existing IP and anything they independently create.

7.2 Sponsor Materials: Templates, frameworks, SOPs, playbooks, checklists, and other materials provided by Sponsor are licensed non‑exclusively, non‑transferably to Participant for internal business use during and after the pilot. No resale, republication, or redistribution without permission.

7.3 Joint Work Product: Where work is co‑created (e.g., a KPI template adapted to Participant), each party retains rights in their underlying contributions; the combined artifact is licensed to Participant for internal use.

7.4 User‑Generated Content: Participant is solely responsible for the legality and rights clearance of content submitted to AdLuxe or any ecosystem platform.

7.5 AdLuxe Credit Terms: One‑time $300 credit per winner; redeemable only on AdLuxe Network; subject to creative standards, review/approval, inventory availability, pacing, targeting rules, prohibited‑content categories, and geographic/legal restrictions. Must be activated during the pilot and fully used within 60 days of cohort start; unused value is forfeited; not redeemable for cash; not transferable. Ad performance is variable and not guaranteed.

7.6 Prohibited Content (Illustrative): Illegal products/services; hate or harassment; adult sexual content; tobacco/vapes; weapons; fraudulent/misleading claims; unsafe health claims; malware/spam; IP infringement; or other categories barred by AdLuxe and platform policies. Sponsor may update categories at any time.

7.7 Platform Changes: Ecosystem tools evolve; features may change, be replaced, or be deprecated without notice. Equivalent or reasonably comparable alternatives may be provided at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. Cohort SOPs (Operating Procedures)

8.1 Onboarding: Access credentials issued within 3 business days after winner verification. Orientation calendar invite provided with at least 48 hours notice.

8.2 Cadence:

  • Week 0: Orientation & Starter Kit review; KPI/KR setup; experiment backlog.
  • Weeks 1–4: Baseline experiments; weekly KPI snapshot due Fridays 6:00 PM ET.
  • Week 5–8: Scale/iterate; creative refresh; funnel fixes.
  • Week 9–12: Optimization & close‑out; documentation handoff; post‑mortem.
  • 8.3 Sessions: Up to three (3) 45‑minute 1:1 Strategy Sessions (roughly one per month). Group Strategy Audit: one (1) 60‑minute live teardown (group format).
  • 8.4 Scheduling: Sessions booked via Sponsor’s scheduler during posted windows. 24‑hour minimum notice required to reschedule; no‑shows are forfeited.
  • 8.5 Communication: Primary channels: Collab Portal and email. Keep all operational decisions and artifacts in the Collab Portal where possible.
  • 8.6 Deliverables: Maintain and submit (a) KPI Snapshot CSV; (b) Experiment Registry CSV; (c) any assigned checklists. Sponsor may pause support if deliverables are materially overdue.

9. Support SLAs (Best‑Effort)

9.1 Support Hours: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM ET (U.S. federal holidays excluded).

9.2 Response Times (business hours):

  • General questions: initial response within 1 business day;
  • Platform access issues: same business day acknowledgment;
  • P1 outage (critical access failure on pilot‑scoped tools): acknowledgment within 4 hours and best‑effort mitigation.
  • 9.3 Uptime/Dependencies: Many ecosystem tools rely on third‑party providers; outages or rate limits may occur. SLAs are best‑effort and not guarantees; credits or remedies are not provided for downtime in this pilot.

10. Code of Conduct

10.1 Treat peers and staff with professionalism and respect. No harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.

10.2 Comply with applicable laws and platform terms. Sponsor may remove or pause participants for cause.

11. Data; Privacy; Security

11.1 Data Use: Sponsor uses participant data to operate the pilot, provide support, and improve services in accordance with the CrownThrive Privacy Policy.

11.2 Marketing Emails: By entering, participants agree to receive CrownThrive marketing emails; they may unsubscribe at any time. Where legally required (e.g., GDPR), Sponsor will obtain explicit consent.

11.3 Security: Participants are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and access. Notify Sponsor immediately of suspected compromise.

12. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity

12.1 No Warranty: Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Sponsor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. Results (e.g., revenue, growth, ads performance) are not guaranteed.

12.2 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue, even if advised of the possibility. In all cases, Sponsor’s aggregate liability related to a participant shall not exceed US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; rights may vary.

12.3 Indemnity: Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from claims arising out of (a) Participant content or ads; (b) breach of this Agreement; or (c) violation of law or third‑party rights.

13. Termination; Suspension

13.1 Sponsor may suspend or terminate participation for material breach (e.g., repeated no‑shows, policy violations, abusive conduct) after notice where feasible. Prizes may be revoked if fraud or ineligibility is discovered.

13.2 Participant may withdraw at any time; no alternative prize or compensation will be provided.

14. Force Majeure

14.1 Sponsor is not responsible for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, power/network failures, labor disputes, civil unrest, war, terrorism, acts of government, platform outages).

15. Third‑Party Disclosures

15.1 Not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by KingSumo, AppSumo, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, Roku, or any other third party.

16. Disputes; Class Action Waiver; Severability

16.1 Disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in Virginia courts under Virginia law.

16.2 If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect to the fullest extent permitted.

17. Winners List; Rules Requests

17.1 For a winners list or copy of these rules, email contact@crownthrive.com with the subject “ThriveElevate Winners List” or “ThriveElevate Rules” within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends.


Addendum A — Cohort SOP Checklist (Printable)

A.1 Orientation: account setup; Starter Kit install; KPI & experiment backlog seeded.

A.2 Weekly: execute tests; log outcomes; submit Friday KPI snapshot; propose next experiments.

A.3 Monthly: 1:1 strategy (45 min) — blockers, funnel priorities, 4‑week plan.

A.4 Audit: group teardown (60 min) — diagnosis, recommendations, success metrics alignment.

A.5 Close‑Out: final KPI export; playbook handoff; next‑90‑day plan sketch.

Addendum B — Support SLAs (Wall‑Poster)

B.1 Hours: Mon–Fri 10:00 AM–6:00 PM ET.

B.2 Channels: Collab Portal (primary), email (backup).

B.3 Responses: general ≤1 business day; access issues same‑day acknowledgment; P1 outage ≤4 hours acknowledgment.

Addendum C — AdLuxe Guardrails (Abbreviated)

C.1 Creative must be accurate, lawful, non‑infringing; include required disclosures.

C.2 Prohibited categories and restricted claims apply (see §7.6).

C.3 Credit must be activated during pilot; use within 60 days; unused value forfeited.
