By submitting an entry to this giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you acknowledge
that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the
decisions of Chris & Sara (the "Sponsor"), and that you satisfy all
eligibility requirements.
DROPPIN LLC ("Chris & Sara"), operating at chrisandsara.com. The prize
is provided in partnership with Black Prince Holidays Ltd.
The Giveaway is open to individuals worldwide who are 25 years of age or
older at the time of entry. The minimum age of 25 is required because the
prize is a narrowboat hire, and Black Prince Holidays requires the hirer
to be 25 or older. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees of DROPPIN LLC, Black Prince Holidays Ltd, their respective
affiliates, agents, and immediate family members or people living in the
same household are not eligible to enter or win.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your
chances of winning.
The Giveaway begins on April 24, 2026 and ends on June 14, 2026 at
11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received
within the Entry Period.

submit your email address and complete the required actions. Additional
entries may be earned by completing the bonus actions listed on the
Giveaway page.
One (1) winner will receive a free 3-night weekend or 4-night mid-week
narrowboat break from Black Prince Holidays, redeemable between April and
October in either 2026 or 2027, subject to availability.
The prize may be taken at one of the following Black Prince bases: Stoke
Prior (Worcestershire), Napton (Warwickshire), Stoke on Trent
(Staffordshire), or Chirk (Wales).
The prize includes a fully equipped self-drive canal boat featuring a
kitchenette, two bedrooms with linen and towels, a WC and shower room,
TV, central heating, all boating equipment, and car parking at the boat
hire base. A full induction will be provided for first-time boaters.
The prize does NOT include: fuel (estimated £18-£20 per day, payable to
Black Prince on return of the boat), travel to and from the UK, food and
beverages, or any expenses off the boat. The winner is solely responsible
for all travel arrangements, travel documents, visas, and any costs
associated with travel to and from the Black Prince hire base.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,800 USD.
No cash alternative, no substitutions, and the prize is non-transferable
except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or
about June 16, 2026. The winner will be notified by email within 48
hours of the drawing. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of
notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within
this time, or if the winner is ineligible or does not meet the
requirements of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an
alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Before the prize is awarded, the Sponsor will verify that the winner has
completed all required entry actions (email submission, Instagram
follows). If any required action cannot be verified, the winner will be
disqualified and a new winner drawn.
The winner is responsible for coordinating directly with Black Prince
Holidays to book the dates, base, and boat for the prize holiday, subject
to Black Prince's availability. Bookings are subject to Black Prince
Holidays' standard terms and conditions of hire, available at
black-prince.com.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received
during the Entry Period.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, local,
and international taxes, duties, and any other fees associated with
acceptance or use of the prize.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Chris & Sara and Black Prince
Holidays permission to use the winner's name, likeness, first name and
first initial of last name, city and country of residence, and entry
content for promotional purposes without further compensation, except
where prohibited by law.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted through automated
means (bots, scripts, or macros) are void. The Sponsor is not responsible
for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered entries, or for any technical
malfunctions of any kind.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with
the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a manner the
Sponsor deems unsportsmanlike or disruptive. The Sponsor reserves the
right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical
failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control
affects the integrity of the Giveaway.
By entering the Giveaway, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official
Rules, (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are
final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway, and (iii)
release, defend, and hold harmless DROPPIN LLC, Black Prince Holidays
Ltd, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from all
claims and liability relating to participation in the Giveaway,
acceptance of the prize, or use or misuse of the prize, including but
not limited to travel to and from the UK and the narrowboat holiday
itself.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or
associated with Instagram, YouTube, or any other social media platform.
Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be
directed to the Sponsor, not to any platform.
This Giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the
State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be
resolved exclusively in courts sitting in Delaware, USA.
