By submitting an entry to the Santa Cruz Websites Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Santa Cruz Websites and Lovestarr Digital LLC (collectively, the “Sponsor”), and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

Winner Selection and Notification A winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or about February 15, 2025. The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry. The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to schedule a kickoff meeting, or an alternate winner may be selected.
Additional Terms Santa Cruz Websites and Lovestarr Digital LLC are not responsible for delays or issues arising from circumstances beyond their control, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters.
Non-Endorsement Disclaimer This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform used to promote the Sweepstakes. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor.
Winner Verification All winners are subject to eligibility verification by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
Force Majeure Clause The Sponsor is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or any other cause beyond their control.
Disqualification Criteria The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, tampering with the entry process, or violating these Official Rules.
Alternate Winner Selection If the winner fails to respond to the notification within the specified time frame or is deemed ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights in the awarded website design and content remain with Santa Cruz Websites until the expiration of the three-year hosting requirement. After this period, rights transfer to the winner unless additional agreements specify otherwise.
Changes to Work Parameters The Sponsor reserves the right to modify work hours or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, with advance notice to the winner.
Limitation of Liability By entering, participants release and hold harmless Santa Cruz Websites, Lovestarr Digital LLC, and their affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance and use of the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for:
Arbitration This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California.
Publicity By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for Santa Cruz Websites and Lovestarr Digital LLC to use their name, business name, likeness, and prize details for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
