OFFICIAL RULES
By submitting an entry to the "Win a Wand One" giveaway (the "Sweepstakes"), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to all individuals age 18 or older at the time of entry. Residents of Taiwan, South Korea, Portugal, Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Hong Kong, Greece, France, Japan, Spain, and Czech Republic are not eligible to enter or win. Employees of Magic Wonders, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, and merchants involved with this Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members of, and those living in the same household as, each of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is governed by United States law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins on October 2, 2026 and ends on October 19, 2026 at 11:45 PM (America/Montevideo time, UTC-03). All entries must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, follow all on-screen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form ("Primary Entry"). You may earn additional entries by completing the optional bonus actions shown on the Sweepstakes page, which may include referring friends (who must enter through your referral link), clicking to view the Sponsor's Kickstarter page, following the Sponsor on TikTok and Instagram, and returning daily. Each action is assigned an entry value displayed on the Sweepstakes page. All bonus actions are free; none requires a purchase. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online, including but not limited to the Sponsor's privacy policy.
CONDITION TO WIN (KICKSTARTER FOLLOW):
To be eligible to win, an entrant must, during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, follow the Magic Wonders Kickstarter page and email a screenshot confirming the follow, together with the entrant's name and the email address used to enter, to [email protected]. Following and notifying are free and are not a purchase. The Sponsor will verify the follow for the drawn entrant only; if the drawn entrant has not followed the Kickstarter page or cannot provide the required screenshot, that entry will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Wand One device. Maximum ARV of all prizes: $199. The Wand One is a pre-launch product that is not yet in production; the prize will be fulfilled and shipped to the verified winner once the Wand One becomes commercially available (currently estimated in 2027). The prize may not be transferred or assigned by the entrant and has no cash value. No substitutions except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable.
ODDS:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 20, 2026 by a representative of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The winner will be notified by email and, at the Sponsor's discretion, may be required to complete and return a confirmation of prize acceptance and, if requested, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Limit: one prize per household. The prize is guaranteed to be awarded.
TAXES:
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and for any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance or use not expressly stated as provided by the Sponsor.
PUBLICITY:
Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of a prize constitute permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's name, prize won, hometown, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By participating, entrants agree to release, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation and the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or the use or redemption of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or incomplete entries, or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or technical, network, or software malfunction of any kind. Entries that are tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro, or automated device, are void. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it believes has violated these Official Rules and to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted.
PLATFORM DISCLAIMER:
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, WhatsApp, or Kickstarter. Entrants release these platforms from any and all liability arising from or related to this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor, not to any platform.
DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW:
This Sweepstakes is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, USA.
PRIVACY:
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Sponsor and by KingSumo for the administration of this Sweepstakes and as described in the Sponsor's privacy policy and in KingSumo's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. KingSumo reserves the right to alter the rules of any sweepstakes at any time.
These rules have been modified by the Creator of this giveaway "Win a Wand One". Sumo Group, Inc. (d.b.a. "KingSumo") accepts no legal liability or responsibility for errors, falsities, or unfulfilled winnings due to the Creator.
